"لقد كانت إقامة جميلة حقا في منتجع وينتربيرغ ونود أن نعود على أي حال! الموقع ببساطة حلم – مباشرة في الطبيعة وت مثالية لإغلاق. كان لدينا عاطفة خاصة حول الإفطار كان الاختيار مذهلا وكبير الجودة، حتى أفوكادو هناك – شيئا نادرا ما تجده في الفنادق. أيضا الشواء في المساء كان تسليط الضوء الحقيقي. كان هناك الكثير من الاختيار بشكل لا يصدق وكل شيء كان لذيذ جدا نود أن نسلط الضوء على جميع الموظفين. جميع كانوا ودودين بشكل لا يصدق، القلبية ومفيدة. لقد تم استقبالك من اللحظة الأولى. كما الفندق مناسب جدا للأطفال والكبار. يوجد مكان مخصص للأطفال بالإضافة إلى غرفة منفصلة للغطاء التعبئ، وهو أمر رائع جداً للعائلات. كان كلبنا أيضاً استقبال دافئ – في الغرفة كان جاهزاً للمشروبات والليمون اللذيذ. هذا الاهتمام الصغير المهم يصنع الفارق وهناك تفاصيل لطيفة أخرى كانت أنه بالنسبة لكأس العالم لكرة القدم تم إعداد تلفزيون كبير بحيث يمكنك مشاهدة الألعاب معاً. لقد استخدمنا أيضاً عرض التدليك الجديد الذي نظم إقامتنا تماماً. إقامة ناجحة تماماً. توصية ممتازة للعوائل، الأزواج وصاحبي الكلاب. نحن سعداء جدا أن نعود!"

"Positives • The location is great, nearby Winterberg • There is a great bar on the ground floor • Breakfast was quite extensive and tasty Negatives: • Our room was above the kitchen and the bowling alley. Every night the staff was cleaning/ preparing the kitchen, which made a lot of noise between 21-23h. Same repeated every morning from 6-8h. A no-go if you would like to go to bed early. • There is no working WIFI connection. Because it is in the mountains, our phone also had no connection to the normal network. Therefore, WiFi was essential. • We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, we couldn’t find curtains, so we asked the receptionist if we could get another room, because it was so light, especially in the morning. He told us that non of the rooms had curtains. So we fixed our own with a piece of plastic (see the pic). Btw, you could see curtains in other rooms through the windows so either it was a lie or an incompetence of the receptionist. • We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and our beds have not been made once. They only brought us new towels once. • Our renovated room had no door to the bathroom and toilet. You have no privacy on the toilet, so if you want to have a romantic stay with your partner, this is not the place to go. And because there is no door to the shower, even a hot shower feels very cold. • The overall impression of this hotel is that it definitely has potential, but it feels like everything has been a bit neglected over the years, especially sauna. That is a pity. • If you are coming for a winter sport trip keep in mind that the gear drying room is not in the hotel but in the sauna, which is 10 mins walk."

"Lovely week in a nice park. Swimming pool and whirlpool are amazing. And they have a lovely room for kids to play. Be prepared to take your luggace skyhigh before you can enjoyed the rest of a holiday ^^. "

"A comfortable room booked and paid and finally received the budget room. No answer by email that I want to pay the difference. No coffee/tea facilities in the room, no refrigerator. In fact, more a B&B than the hotel. Breakfast is good. The swimming pool is cold and limited open. Sauna you have to book and pay extra. The use of bath jackets also pay extra. People are nice but often there is no one who can ask you something, this feeling not hospitality for me."

"Save yourself the trouble and avoid Hotel Engemann Kurve. Our €650 payment was a waste. Malfunctioning facilities, lackluster service, and an unprofessional response to our concerns., and the unresponsive reception left us frustrated. Not recommended."
