La calefacción no servía no sirve bien el internet no hay microondas adentro la abitacion no es muy recomendable la verdad y la persona que atendió cuando llegamos muy mal servicio

Had two night stay with group NEVER AGAIN very unclean, toilets in all 3 of our rooms never flushed couldn’t get assistance with toilet, one toilet spilled on to our floor but “cleaning crew weren’t here” so no one would help us with plunger or mess. Phones in room to call front desk don’t work, fowl smell in pool area, weeds growing EVERYWHERE many pools unusable during our stay, none of the workers could understand or speak much of English at all to assist us with our stay, tvs didn’t work and Wi-Fi cut in and out constantly.

Where do I start? From the outside it looks like Bates Motel. I thought it couldn’t have been that bad inside. The pictures looked amazing and the reviews on Google were very positive but apparently I did not do my due diligence by going on TripAdvisor. This is a last-minute pitstop on our way home. Thankfully, we’re only spending one night. I Should read all these reviews!! I feel like I could’ve stayed at the super 8 and had a better experience for 1/2 the price. Upon going into our building with our luggage, you needed a key card for entry, according to the front desk & the door itself. That is not true. The doors are all unlocked to the outside and you do not need a key to access any doors to get into the hotel. Very concerning! Not safe at all. The hotel looks abandoned from both the outside and the inside. and you’re right, it smells like **** and cigarettes everywhere you go. Old run down carpet in the hallways and even the lobby, which should be your first experience here… is lacking. Half of the waterpark outside well, most of the waterpark outside is closed. They filled in the smaller kiddie pools with dirt and rocks while just putting ropes up with “keep out” signs everywhere. It gives you a very eerie feeling when you’re walking from the indoor pool to the outdoor areas. It honestly feels like you’re walking through an abandoned hotel. The woodwork on the exterior of the hotel is rundown and needs to be repainted while weeds are just growing everywhere and a lot of areas are overgrown. Needs landscaping desperately!!! Somebody mentioned renovations? I didn’t see anything going on. The elevator is scary as all get out. You get in there and you pray that it’s not gonna drop to the basement floor; Not to mention there are no elevator certifications or notices in it. When was the last time it was serviced? Or inspected? Our Room: The toilet in our room doesn’t flush properly. The door knob on the bathroom is about to fall off. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all so I am using my cellular data. The air conditioning unit is making squeaking noises. Walked out onto my balcony and the wood looks so old and rotted that I decided not to go out there for fear I might fall through. Tried calling the front desk at least to have them fix the door knob, but the phone‘s broken. Let’s pray there’s not a fire or an emergency. The ice dispenser on the second floor is broken and doesn’t work so you have to go down to the first floor to get ice. If you don’t believe anything that I’m saying, look at my pictures.
