Chula Vista Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Visited the Dells for the first time. ChihulaVista was a good place to get the lay of the land. Room was a good size for our family. Fairly basic. No maid service for our two night stay. No extra towels provided.

Me and finance had a great time. The building isn’t the main building but 2 min from the Chula Vista resort. My over all experience was awesome! Definitely will be back!

We stayed with our two young boys (ages 5 and 7) and were really looking forward to the trip. Unfortunately, the accommodations left a lot to be desired. Our first room was just okay, but we woke up to discover one of the beds was broken. Both rooms we stayed in had extremely firm mattresses, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We were moved to a second room, but it came with its own issues: the WiFi didn’t work, and the wall-mounted dispensers for hand soap and body wash were empty. I called twice and even stopped by the front desk, but the issue was never resolved. The rooms themselves felt quite outdated. The couch in the second room was visibly worn, the door was difficult to open and close, and the toilet was wobbly. It makes us wonder whether rooms in other buildings are better maintained. Despite the room issues, I’m giving 2 stars because our boys absolutely loved the indoor water park and arcade. The food at Kilbourn City Grill was enjoyable, and the wait staff were friendly and attentive.
