Unsafe, dirty, unpleasant staff - makes me question how they are even allowed to remain open... Shortly after arriving, the lock to the door to my room became jammed - with me inside. Luckily I discovered this still during the day and not in an emergency in the middle of the night! The room had no phone, no leaflet, no emergency info at all. Luckily I had my mobile phone with data and was able to find the hotel's phone number online. After calling the reception, someone came and managed to unlock the door using brute force (after wrestling with it for a minute or so). Once the door was unlocked, the guy considered it's all OK now and didn't seem bothered as after a couple of tries it was unlocking OK. Nevertheless I had already lost confidence and decided against locking the door for the duration of my stay, thinking I will have to put all my belongings in the car (luckily I had one) during the day when I'm not there... About 20 minutes later, the receptionist (same guy) came to tell me that he undercharged me as I only paid for 1 person/2 night despite staying in a triple room (which I didn't ask for!) and that I would have to pay the extra. The room was atrocious - worst I've ever stayed in (and I have braved some dodgy hotels!). The carpets were covered in stains. The walls next to beds were damp. The guy actually told me to only sleep in one of the beds (is this the only one they will change bedding for on my departure?). The curtain was torn and on trying to cover the window it fell completely. There were uncovered electrical sockets. The bathroom was dirty (I would not get into the shower without slippers for fear of fungal infections). The car park was behind the building and pitch black (I used a flash light on my phone at night). Needless to say I was out of this "hotel" within an hour of arriving. No refund yet (I will add info if I do ever get one). I ended up staying in Hotel Rozbicki (more money but worlds apart from this hellhole). I will never be coming back here and I strongly advise you pay the extra money and stay in one of the actual hotels in Wloclawek (Bursztynowy, Mlyn, Rozbicki, Aleksander) or rent an apartment for your stay. ------------- Niebezpiecznie, brudno, nieprzyjemna obsluga. Zamek w pokoju sie zacial i nie moglem sie wydostac. Naszczescie mialem komorke i moglem przez internet zlalezc numer. Recepcjonista mnie wypuscil po chwili ale jak udalo mu sie "odblokowac" zamek, to wg. niego nie bylo juz problemu. Ja tymczasem nie moglem sie zamknac, bo sie balem ze znow nie otworze (zwlaszcza w sytuacji awaryjnej), juz planowalem ze rzeczy swoje bede musial w ciagu dnia chowac w samochodzie, itp.). Pokoj byl bardzo brudny, sciany przy lozkach wilgotne i zaplamione, wykladzina bardzo zaplamiona, zaslona podarta (wystarczylo dotknac a spadla, zostawiajac tylko druga polowe ktora nie zakrywa okna). Gniazdka elektryczne zdjete ze scian, nie zakryte. Po jakies pol godziny, facet z recepcji wrocil zeby mi powiedziec ze mus
