"Friendly and easy check-in. Motel is located a short distance from city centre and easy to find. For an old motel it is very clean, nice plants in garden around the property. Beds were really comfy and great having the fridge plus tea/coffee facilities. Liked our room with the balcony and having free parking. Great for a short stay, we had a concert to see. "
"The hotel is very good, the location is convenient, you don't need to drive to the supermarket for shopping, the hotel parking lot needs to be charged, and it is very convenient to park on the roadside. The rooms are well-equipped and clean."
"A very standard foreigner resort hotel, with a living room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen for cooking and basic kitchen utensils. You can buy a steak from the supermarket and you can come back for frying. After all, it is a small rural city, and parking is very convenient. No additional parking fees are required."

"The location of the apartment is more convenient for tourists. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, train station, supermarket shopping, and dining out. Check-in is simple, self-service in and out of the lobby, basically undisturbed. The room facilities are old, but fully functional and the overall health is OK. There are problems, such as leaving the vegetables of the last guest in the refrigerator, seeing a cockroach on the wall at night, and a long hair on the bed, you can handle it yourself, even if you don't. The biggest problem is that the range hood actually discharges the smoke from the top of the ceiling back to the room. This is really the first time I have seen the design, faint! Be careful!"

"The location of the hotel is very good, the room is simple but comfortable, and the space is large. It is also very clean overall and gives people a very comfortable feeling when entering. It is fully equipped and suitable for a long stay. The service attitude of hotel staff is good."
"The location of the hotel is very convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service staff are friendly. The facilities are complete but a little old, the terrace has a good view, the overall experience is good, it is worth recommending"
"Check in after 6pm, no reception. Parking charges. I booked two rooms and one living room, but there was no quilt! Only the sheets! I called the customer service, and there was no staff in the hotel to send the quilt, but said that there was floor heating that turned on automatically, but we did not feel the heating, and it was frozen all night. Don't live here in the cold winter!"
"Unbeatable location, pleasant walk to the beach, supermarket and shopping mall. They accommodated my request for a high floor and I had a wonderful view of the golf course. The rest of the restaurant serves delicious meals, I loved the fish, and the meat was cooked to perfection. Well-maintained gym."

GGarry WalkerApartment was spacious, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Nice views. Easy access for parking. Was very windy and wind noise was sleep disturbing with whistling under the front door. Also, could not complete the pre-registration process on my mobile despite multiple attempts but was looked after very well over the phone
KKiranVery clean hotel. Centrally located and close to lots of eating places. We had a small room but Room is comfortable and the bed large. Really clean beautiful spacious bathroom with powerful shower. Parking available on streets nearby if unable to get in to hotel car park. Very friendly staff and the coffee at the reception area is amazing.
Mmimi1198Facing the sea view and the beach, although you can't see the sunset or sunrise from the room, you have to walk to the beach to see it, but the morning glow and sunset glow are still good. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, and the hotel service is in place. I will stay again if I have the opportunity
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is very good, very close to the beach, and the sanitation is very good. It is a first choice for tourism and worth visiting again. It is highly recommended. Old hotels in Australia don't feel very good, and this one is relatively new.
GGuest UserThe staff here are very warm and helpful. Everyone from the bar, to the accomodation staff were great!
The rooms were stylish and clean. The beds were so comfortable with soft sheets and good quality pillows. Having a USB port next to the beds was very handy.
I highly recommend the mushroom pizza and garlic bread. It was delicious and the bar staff were kind enough to bring it to our room.
I wish I could have stayed another night to enjoy the (free) Drag Bingo 😁
The only thing that could have made it better was having a lift in the building as we had heavy luggage and my elderly mom was travelling with me.
Would definitely stay here again (remembering to pack light next time)
SSusan Raafat ArianThe hotel was great—clean and beachfront. The room was spacious and well-maintained room number #534, with daily cleaning services.
The pool was fine, but it was always freezing, regardless of the weather. Even on a 40-degree day, it felt like they filled it with ice overnight. As a result, the kids didn't enjoy it; it was difficult to get in the water and even harder to stay in.
We booked a room that included breakfast. We only had to pay for the parents' breakfasts, while the two kids ate for free with paying parents.
The buffet breakfast was not worth it if everyone had to pay, but since we only paid for one adult, it was acceptable. Otherwise, a breakfast at McDonald's would have been cheaper and more satisfying. The buffet options were the same every single day during our five-day stay, and they included poached eggs, scrambled eggs, sunny-side-up eggs, mushrooms, sausage, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, and three types of pastries, along with pancakes.
For drinks, there were apple juice, orange juice, and tropical juice, but none were freshly squeezed—they tasted like boxed juice. The coffee machine used coffee pods, and there were tea stations available. That was all the food and drink offered at the buffet, and it was consistent every day for five days.
GGuest UserClean tidy rooms, good amenities with huge shower head! Close to Figtree Grove, pub and chickos Booked again for a couple of nights. Recommend.
GGuest UserThe environment of this hotel is relatively general, the sound insulation is not good, and the roar of cars on the road can be heard at two or three in the middle of the night. The facilities are also relatively poor, not only one or two people share a bathroom, but also there is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage up and down. The front desk business is not skilled, and it takes a long time to continue to live.
GGuest UserGreat location. The front sea view rooms worth the extra. This was our third visit. Had a blackout on the Friday night. The manager came around and checked that everyone was ok. Put some some small fairy lights on the stairs on the inside open courtyard which was good. Maybe some emergency lighted EXIT signs needed in a few places .Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe rooms are very outdated
The original room I was given was extremely cold as the windows wouldn’t shut properly and I was getting asthma from the breeze
The duty manager moved me to a different room and the window in that room had a gap as well that was letting the cool air in
I stayed with this room as it had a heater and managed to put a towel in the window to stop the air coming in
The toilet however was leaking water over the floor and the tiles look like they are ready to pop off the walls at anytime and the bottom of the shower was mouldy
I know that the price is very cheap however and the manager on duty was apologetic and obliging. but maybe it needs a lot of TLC
