The hotel is very good and clean but seems to a staffing problem and air-conditioning issues our room was brilliant free mini bar 🍸 but to open your room door was awkward 😅 but in regards to service the breakfast was very disappointing the in black outfits seem to be busy on the phone texting while one girl was left to deal with clearing the tables and non of the foods was refilled so me my wife 4 dutchmen and an Indonesian family of 4 was left scraps of food or salad we could hear the worker giggling havinfun otherwise the place is good

Service by the hotel staff was good, team was helpful and accommodating with requests. Room was mostly tidy, some slight spots of what looked like dirt on the bedsheets but nth major. Breakfast spread had enough variety and tasty
Overall would recommend for business travellers or for short stays
