I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The room was OK. The best thing in this hotel was the staff. I met 2 staff and both were friendly and kind!

I would highly recommend! We stayed at the Travelodge London Chigwell for the weekend as the hotel we were booked in for our holiday didn’t have availability over the weekend. I wish we had found the Travelodge sooner! It has just been refurbished and the rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. And the staff are amazing. A special thank you to the lovely Kasia, Iwona and Tommy who went out of their way to help us during our stay! We are definitely coming back here next year!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Exceptional Service – Thank You, Kasia! I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge, but what truly stood out was the honesty and professionalism of the manager, Kasia. I accidentally left my MacBook in the room, and to my surprise, Kasia personally called me the next morning to inform me. Thanks to her quick action and integrity, I was able to retrieve it safely when I returned. In a world where things like this could easily go wrong, her honesty and care made all the difference. Kasia is a true credit to Travelodge – kind, trustworthy, and efficient. I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend this location for both comfort and exceptional customer service!

I came with my husband for an event. We had an amazing stay here in this hotel. Everything here was perfect as we expected. The room was clean ,amazing and smelled nice. Shoutout to manan for his amazing hospitality and for giving us quiet room. Will be coming back sooon.

well accessible, though clean but needs refurbishment. WIFI connection is dodgy. Staff are very professional and helpful

Staff are friendly and accomadted a room change whilst I was on night shifts. They were very polite and approachable. After 4 weeks of staying there they knew me very well. The only issue is plugs but belive this will be changed during the refurbishment later in the year

My family had an amazing stay at TRAVELODGE hotel . From the moment they arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room was spotless. Great location! Nice , quiet area. Highly recommended 👌🏻
