Room 215 had bed bugs and baby ones in at least 2 of the beds Staff did not really believe me. Should have given me another room. Had one leg bitten Good breakfast Manager said he would send vouchers for what happened but not received yet When I arrived main door was locked and so had to go downstairs where s chap wasn't for letting me in as after 12. My car had broken down on M5. Manager said he would give him lessons on how to deal with guests. I am 78 and had a case and 2 bags s bit tedious having to go up n down.

Dirty beds , the stains all over the sheets were diaguating me the room was generally very unclean although good location close to the cathedral

Great city centre location, had to search for the entrance sandwiched between two restaurants. It was a scorching day and the staff thoughtfully pulled the curtains and put a fan in the room. Bar cafe was like a canteen with formica topped tables and hard chairs. No atmosphere.. Breakfast was nothing special, didn't see any pancakes. My biggest complaint is the fact that the hotel has no parking of itself, NCP car park was £11.95 for overnight parking with no concessions for hotel guests. That's half the cost of the room. There were other car parks but didn't fancy lugging a suitcase.

My recent stay with Travelodge was just as good if not better than before. I arrived to check in and like always Kate was brilliant and friendly she always go that step to help you and make check in quick and simple. Service in the barcafe was also good, Talia made our visit that slight bit better with her cheerful demeanour plus its one of the few Travelodges that still offers "Happy Hour" 5-7 🙂. Will definitely be returning later this year.

I don’t normally write reviews but after staying with my sister and having such a nice time I thought I’d leave one…Both Paul and Danni were so lovely and welcoming…Paul took us to breakfast with a smile. the room was clean and comfortable but not the best view.. I promised I would leave a review for these two as they were just brilliant they were very welcoming and always had a smile and couldn’t do enough for us! Definitely staying again soon thank you
