Premier Inn Worcester City Centre

Great location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town. Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/  Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :)

The staff were excellent, the hotel was very clean & well laid out & the rooms were large with the most comfortable bed!!!! Excellent choice for those with mobility issues with well laid out mobility rooms & very usable bathroom / wet room!!!!

Stay was good and the bar area was a good place for a number of us to work throughout the day. Good coffee and drink selection, but would be good if you could buy lunch too. Millie was really nice and helpful with us when we were working, as well as the rest of the team.

A brilliantly located room with a magnificent view over the Worcester County Cricket ground. Added bonus of a coffee machine and a fridge, both most welcome and greatly appreciated. One downside, and not the hotel’s fault but, despite it being a ‘non-smoking’ room, the previous occupant had clearly smoked in the room and, despite the room being very clean, the smell of stale cigarette smoke was unpleasant. The fact that the room had a non-opening window exacerbated the issue.

Had a lovely stay at the New Road Premier Inn at Worcester, got checked in early by Kirsty who was most helpful, room (314) was lovely with a cracking view of the Cricket Ground, bathroom clean and tidy Breakfast on all 4 mornings was good, had one evening meal which was good. Some more choice of draught beers would be nice.
