Cheap and un-cheerful. The hotel is very cheap and easily accessed, however, I found the staff on reception to be a bit rude and unhelpful.

Nice and clean, polite staff on reception, shops and town centre within walking distance, average breakfast tho😐 not tried the evening meals so cant say anything! plenty of carparking, yeh decent hotel really. Stayed here a couple of times and would again

Booked this as it wasn’t too far from where I was basing myself near Keswick for a few days. Costa drive through attached to hotel and a Tesco over the road. Town centre about 5-10 minute walk away with lots of shops and a couple of nice restaurants. We ate breakfast at the hotel which had good variety. Would stay again if nearby but there doesn’t seem to be a lot to do in the town itself. It was like a ghost town on Saturday after 5pm.

Newish hotel so all appears clean and tidy. Tesco's nice and handy, wasn't there long to find much else. Only issue, kids running up/down corridor most of evening.

Brilliant hotel, room was lovely and clean, Katie was very welcoming upon arrival and was a great help. The cook paula was brilliant, food was up to the highest standard and was overall a lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay around the area.

I enjoyed my stay at the Workington branch. Very easy to find a it was round the corner from the main line station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
