No CCTV in the hotel, do not use if you value your car/van, bad area and hotel has done nothing to prevent this.

The staff are soo nice and caring and the room was so comfortable, Thanks Alison! I felt looked after by the staff and had the best sleep of my life

First and foremost, the shower unit was rather complex, second of all, there was no receptionist at reception when all i wanted, simply was my breakfast, which had already been payed for. This is a concern of mine, for the reason of im REALLY hungry. The sign says that they "popped out" HOWEVER it has been well over an hour without any food or viewing of a member of staff. This is a concern of all parties staying with me as we have paid for this. Thankfully, this issue has been resolved, but i fear it is too late, as my bodily organs are beginning to shut themselves down! Yours sincerely, A starving child. UPON FURTHER REVIEW, the food was decent, probably not worth the wait, however the presentation was sublime, fantastic, SPECTACULAR, even! NO ISSUES APART FROM BREAKFAST, BUT THAT'S INEXCUSABLE!

Found a ceiling tile missing with wires on show in the main corridor upstairs. One of the lights in the corridor was flashing so quickly I’d be worried someone could have an epileptic fit and some of the lights were out completely. The water pressure was awful out the shower and I found half a cashew nut on the floor in my room also along with other bits leading me to believe the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. I did get a good nights sleep but that is as far as it goes, below par and needs work doing on it to modernise. I would spend the extra and stop up the road in the premier inn.

Amazing service, and very friendly staff. Rooms are kept clean to a very high standards Quick service and check in. Stayed here a few times and wonderful staff especially haley who has helped me out thoroughly and efficiently when I was struggling to book. Highly recommend

We gad a one night stay here, staff friendly and helpful on arrival. External grounds poorly maintained but hotel was in good condition albeit a leak on our floor lobby. Room clean ane well maintained and bonus of a fan if the room got too hot. Nice to have abath, dhame it was very snall and hand soap on basin empty and when reported told it was nroken? Overall stay good VFM and enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly clean and tidy rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in process. Nice location, subway and Starbucks right outside. Had all the amenities I required during my stay. No complaints. Would recommend to others Will be booking again in the future

We have just stayed at the Worksop Travel Lodge, came over to visit friends and have enjoyed our stay. Hayley was very helpful and welcoming on arrival and made us aware of the 24 hour service if we needed it. Havent been back in 32 years so was nice to be greeted with a friendly person. Thank you, we would definitely stay again.
