"The stay was quite nice !Check in was very flexible for my timing. I would suggest a little bit more cleanliness. There is a towel left on the shower room floor. Could have provided a complimentary water bottle? ( At least one for a room) Because even other normal stays provide this. But apart from this everything went nice and smooth."

"The hotel was a bit frayed around the edges, looked like it was over due a revamp. The staff however were fantastic. They were polite, kind, thoughtful, helpful and compassionate. The customer service was excellent."

"It was nice stay. The location was not that great. Breakfast was not buffet but with nice view though the weather was bad that time. The kettle has leftover water and has a lot of scales. The changing room and the showers in the pool was freezing."

"The talkhouse was a really homely accommodation right outside of Oxford. The room was exactly like the pictures. The staff were incredibly helpful and I must say the showers is probably one of the best I’ve had in the uk. (Proper water pressure,temperature and drainage so I’m not swimming in my own filth). Also have a drink or dinner at the pub, it’s seems to be a popular favourite amongst the locals as well. One thing to note for light sleepers, the rooms are side by side so you might hear your neighbours & it is right by the road so you’ll be able to hear vehicles at busier times."

"Nearly an hour's drive from London. Manor-like hotel. All the food and drink are produced on the own farm. The hotel's restaurant has the longest two Michelin stars in the UK. It has an excellent environment and excellent service."
