The pillows were not very soft, bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately we were not told you have to ask for your room to be cleaned and made up and, despite asking and leaving the 'Please make up our room' sign on the door handle we returned to our room at 11pm to find it as it was when we left it. Very disappointing. The bathroom was very tacky, ceiling paint was flaking, toilet bowl was dirty and it was in need of a make over

Breakfast was 11/10!! Superb! The Chef working tirelessly hard in this hot weather was a lovely lady named Christine - Thank You Christine for a lovely breakfast. I only live in Worthing - but popping into the Premier Inn as a 'Walk in' is my quarter yearly treat! Thank You and Well Done

As always the beds are so comfy. But the staff were all without exception so kind and helpful. They work so hard and really deliver great service. The car park is excellent and next time we will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location right opposite the sea. Very comfy bed, easy parking and very welcoming member of staff called Keith. Loved having our breakfast looking out to sea sat in the sunshine.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, regularly take my children there for breakfast they love the buffet style and they even cook the bacon a little more for my son as he likes it burnt.

I stay at this premier inn nearly every other week, it is very clean and tidy, the location on the sea front is perfect! The staff are all so friendly, polite and very helpful! Special thanks to Holly for a choccy treat this week, very grateful! I’ll be back soon!

Internet too slow on premium package. Not ideal for a business stay. Bot fast enough for a zoom where I had to share a video. Paid Parking should be included in the premium package. Overpriced for premium
