Great hotel, clean and quiet. Quck access to the city center.

Overall is excellent, new facility, friendly reception. Location is new, hard to figure location at the first time. Parking system need to improve.

Booked online through a third party website as hotel directly wanted 3x the costs and was not helpful with wanting to book directly. Hotel is new, very nicely laid out. Felt like home from home. Location is great, near a high street and also a large shopping centre. Parking available around the hotel and also underground secure. Had issue opening the barrier, hotel staff had to come outside to lift. Food was great but not a wide selection on the menu but something for everyone. Breakfast was great also something for everyone. Staff seem nervous:shy but will help with any questions.

Outstanding services

Beautiful hotel, everything looks as new. Very comfortable bed and linen. Rooms are studio's with all you would need if you wanted to cater in house. Breakfast good, staff all lovely. Location is more like a business area but the train station is on your doorstep and only two stops to the main square etc. Taxi's also very reasonable using Uber only about £4 to most attractions.
