Snow Vally Haitao Inn

The owners are very kind and nice. The room is also good, and importantly, it's always warm. Breakfast is included, and they can help you book tours to various places. The room provided hot water for showering 24 hours a day, and there's also free hot drinking water. The walls aren't soundproof, and unfortunately my room was next to the lobby, so it was noisy all the time. 😭 But overall, this accommodation is excellent! ❤️

A simple but comfortable inn with a great overall experience. The host is very helpful and can arrange transport from Harbin as well as rides to nearby activities, which makes things really convenient. There’s a small compound where kids can play with snow and ice, plus a shared area to hang out. Breakfast is basic but fine.

Comfortable, clean and very relaxing accommodation with a village vibes. I went in the winter season which was very beautiful. The owner was also very good at handling all guest inquiries. The owner also arranged transportation so it was easier. There is no halal food here so as a Muslim I brought ready to eat food. Overall I was satisfied with my stay here. Thank you owner for your hospitality.

The host is very good.. help arrange the trip from Harbin to Snow Valley.. if you want to do any activities, just inform the host and they will arrange it.. the only drawback is that the room is quite narrow and there are no kitchen facilities for cooking..

Points for Foreign Families to Note: Language Barrier: The staff were very kind and helpful, but did not speak English. They managed communication using translation apps, which was fine but required patience. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was entirely Chinese-style (congee, egg, steamed buns, pickles). Amenities: Don't expect extra facilities like a gym or pool. It's a place to sleep and clean up, not a resort. Local Focus: The inn is clearly geared toward domestic travelers, so room decor is simple and functional. Overall: This inn is an excellent, economical choice if you prioritize a clean room and good value. We were comfortable and would use it again for a budget trip
