Lion City Hotel

The hotel is clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. We are especially grateful to the hotel manager and front desk staff. Due to my carelessness, I prepared to book a check-in on July 17, but did not modify the check-in time of the order placed on that day, resulting in the hotel not checking in after the expiration date. According to the regulations, the full payment of the booking amount was considered. The hotel manager and front desk staff were very understanding of us (average age 70 years old, some difficulty in operating mobile phones) and worked with the Ctrip platform to help us readjust the check-in to July 17, causing certain losses to the hotel. We are deeply sorry and grateful.
