房間寬敞，裝修很好，但有一股怪味。他們空好房子間，將最差的房子提供給顧客！還有提供給網上預訂的三人間都是有問題無法住的房間，不負責任！

1.四個枕頭都是皺巴巴的，上面都有黑黑的斑點。
2.揭開被子，有兩根頭髮，也有黑黑的斑點。
3.衞生間毛巾有黑斑點。
4.床單上有個小紅點，好像是血漬。
5.酒店環境挺好的，就是裏面衞生堪憂
6.中午兩點退房，但是我13:39洗頭的時候，外面有人使勁敲門，問我啥時候退房，我説還沒到退房時間啊，急什麼？

前天服務很不好 發現前台嗓門很大 顧客是消費者 不是過去看她囂張的面容的，賓館老闆也是給她發工資僱傭的 誰給她的自信 這個員工不配在呢給顧客服務
反正是一個很差的服務過程 以後再也不去了也不給別的同事朋友推薦了

房間隔音不好，晚上很晚入住的客人在走廊大聲喧嘩也沒人管。床上用品挺乾淨，就是房間有些異味，開窗通風好像效果也不是太好。
