"The room was spacious and clean. We were traveling by car. When we parked at the door, the staff directed us to park the car and took the luggage upstairs. The service was very responsible. I was taking something out of the trunk at night and the headlights came on. The security guard quickly came to check if I had forgotten to turn off the lights. "A perfect experience that far exceeded my expectations! I'll definitely choose this hotel again! The thoughtful reminders before check-in and the welcoming concierge upon arrival made a fantastic first impression. Regarding the room: We stayed in a deluxe king room, which was spacious and well-laid out. The bedding was definitely a highlight—the mattress was perfectly firm, and the down comforter and pillows were light and warm, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, was impeccably clean, and the toiletries were from a well-known brand, exuding quality. The city skyline view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was breathtaking. Regarding service: Highly commendable! From the front desk to room service, every staff member was smiling and proactive. When we casually asked about nearby restaurants, the front desk staff not only provided detailed recommendations but also drew a map for us. Room service responded quickly and was always responsive. In summary: From the hardware to the software, from the details to the overall experience, the hotel demonstrated professionalism and high standards in its management. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large. For the price, it's great value for money. The location is a bit out of the way, and there's no view from the window, but that's a minor point, as taxis to anywhere are only about six or seven yuan. However, the service and management don't live up to the hardware. It's not that the staff are bad people, but there's a general lack of service awareness, and it seems like the management training hasn't kept up.
