Wuxi Xishan District 5-star Hotels

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate, room service was on point. I was visiting Wuxi for one day only, then I got caught in the rain, so I couldn’t get a taxi and missed my train. Once I checked in at the radisson, had a hot shower, with perfect water pressure, and settled into that comfortable bed all the trauma of the day was forgotten. Thank you Radisson Team

Wuxi is a city that we Shanghai people like. We often come and go. This time, we stayed at Xizhou Garden Hotel, which left a deep impression on us. The hotel lobby is tall and grand, the environment is beautiful and magnificent, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and they answer all questions. The rooms are clean and tidy, without odors. The room service is polite and smiling, which makes us feel at home! We will visit your hotel again in the future! And we will recommend your hotel to friends! In addition, we have to say that we admire the management concept and service spirit of the hotel's general manager Wang (Ms. Wang Lingli). General Manager Wang treats guests like relatives, considers guests in every detail, provides convenience, and introduces Wuxi's tourism resources, which makes our trip to Wuxi even more icing on the cake. I would like to express my deep gratitude here! We often say that ”details determine success or failure, and ambition determines everything”. The hotel's many five-star praises are inseparable from General Manager Wang. She made us feel that although we only stayed in the hotel for two days, we would feel nostalgic when we left, and we would come again in the future! This feeling has never been felt in other hotels!

The newly opened MGallery was planned and built by Wuxi Dangkou Town and managed by Accor Group. The location is very good. The main road leads directly to the hotel's underground parking lot🅿. Entering the hotel is isolated from the hustle and bustle outside, and you can reach the Peach Blossom Land in a second. The hotel is very cleverly designed, seamlessly connected with Dangkou Ancient Town, and integrated into one! It happened to rain on the day I went there. I watched the rain under the eaves of Hua Taishi Mansion and was stunned. The round rain curtain shape at the entrance of the hotel really complemented each other! Facilities: The furniture is made very carefully, especially the tea cabinet, which is antique and has red paint inside. Under the light, it exudes low-key luxury. Environment: I especially like the newly built Chinese-style resort hotel, because they are all new, and there is no need to worry about the hygiene problems such as mold and dust in the old buildings due to the long time. Breakfast: I chose a set meal that day, which is a combination of Chinese and Western. I specially added a small wonton. It can be seen that it is not a frozen food, but a handmade package, fresh! Service: It was not a holiday that day, and the front desk lady Linda helped upgrade the room to a nice view deluxe room with a very good garden view, which was great value! I was very surprised that Wuxi had an ideal resort hotel, and I hope it will get better and better!

The hotel is in a great location, and it's very convenient to get a taxi from the high-speed rail station. There was a little girl in the lobby who was very enthusiastic and led me to the front desk to check in. She also told me the location of the surrounding fried food, snack streets and shopping malls, and pointed me to the direction of the elevator after checking in. And they arranged adjacent rooms for me and my friend, which was very convenient. The room was very comfortable to live in, and the fatigue of the journey disappeared. The air conditioning had a good cooling effect, and the quality of the toiletries was also very good. Not to mention the breakfast, it was delicious, I highly recommend it!

Room is spacious with a big sofa long enough to be used as single bed if you have 3 adults. Near to famous 王興記 shop for Wuxi well known 包点 (buns). Also near to Grace Bakery as their breads are delicious. Great location with reasonable price. Near to many famous sites and eateries shops especially for breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location. It's 2 minutes to the left from Exit 27 of Sanyang Subway Station. There are many delicious foods around, and the Sanfengqiao specialty store is nearby. The room is clean. The front desk lady is awesome. She is warm and patient. After checking out, I wanted to send a courier but I didn't know how to do it. The lady patiently taught me and made a reservation for me. I really appreciate the smiling service. 7-star review!

Very clean room，service is impeccable. Short walk to the metro, its in a convenient location. Only down side is that there is a small flight of stairs to get to the hotel lobby, maybe around 4 steps? Other than that, everything is great.

At first, I was wondering whether it is a right choice to book a different hotel on my 2nd visit to Wuxi however, I decided to give it a go. We are satisfied with it. 1) Our room was ready earlier than the check in time. 2) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable without any unpleasant smells. We slept like a baby LoL 3) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The front desk always serve us a cup of hot tea whenever we are the counter 4) Free laundry service provided 5) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Would definitely stay again next time.

We liked the size of the Apartment, but especially the windows were very dirty from the inside. Lots of Fingerprints etc were there. The breakfast was okay, a Bit fatty and choice for a 5 Star Hotel somehow limited. The location is nearby the Centre metro station, Which was Perfect.

The room is quite big, with two rooms and two beds. But it was a bit stuffy to sleep at night, and it seemed that there was no air conditioning or fresh air. I didn't sleep well all night. Later I found that the window could be opened, so I opened it earlier. The phone in the room was broken. The engineering department came to repair it and said it was a line problem. The smart toilet was pretty good. Breakfast was in the revolving restaurant on the 28th floor, with a lot of varieties and everything you should have. The pickles were too salty. The wontons were good. There is free parking in the underground parking lot, just tell the front desk before leaving. The location is relatively good, not far from Hang Lung Plaza. There are many places to eat around.
