"This was, by far, the absolute worst hotel experience of my life! I almost lost it that day!!! First off, the newly renovated hotel had a very, very strong formaldehyde smell. The most upsetting part was when my family of three arrived around 10 PM and found we couldn't drive up to the hotel entrance. I called the front desk to ask if there was an underground garage, and they said no. So we had to drag several large suitcases on foot, up a坡道 (ramp). There was clearly a path designed for cars to reach the lobby, but they blocked it off. I don't understand the management's thinking; they clearly don't prioritize guests. After checking in, we were told our room was in another building and we'd have to drive ourselves there. So we once again dragged our luggage, loaded it into the car, drove to the other building, then dragged our luggage out again. With all our bags, we discovered there was no elevator, and our room was on the third floor!!! I immediately called the front desk to request a room in the main building, one accessible by elevator. They said only family suites were available, which would cost extra. So, we again loaded our luggage into the car, drove to the main building, and then walked to the lobby! The front desk never once mentioned that there was no connecting passage between the main building and the annex, nor did they mention the annex had no elevator! This was the most frustrating hotel stay I've ever had. From start to finish, we had to move our luggage 5 times after 10 PM, 5 times!!!"

"لماذا التعليق سيئ حيث يتم افادته بان مرافق الغرفة تحتوي على تكييف ونتيجة لذلك حضرت الى المنتجع حوالي الساعة التاسعة مساء قال صاحب الاستقبال هل يمكنك قبول عدم وجود مكيف هواء؟ يوجد مراوح في الغرفة. لا يوجد مكيف هواء يجب توضيح الغرفة؟ هل لا يجب على المنتجع الاتصال بهم لتبلغهم؟ أبلغنا قبل الإقامة أن هناك خطأ بما فيه الكفاية، هل يمكن إعادة تدوير الحقائب في كل مكان في المساء؟ ونفس الشيء، لا يوجد تكييف في فندق المدينة المدينة ليلة واحدة لمدة 96 ليلة، لا يوجد ماء زجاجي أو مغسلة، لم يتم تنظيف الجسم بعدم استخدام حتى ورق النظافة!! ورق المراحيض مقطع وغير صحي و لا يتكلمون اللغة الإنجليزية، وكثيرا ما لا يقدمون خدمة تنظيف الغرف. وقررت ألا أقيم في المرة الثانية."

"الخدمة ودودة والغرفة واسعة ونظيفة والحمام كذلك لا يوجد شطاف ماء ،موقعه قريب جدا من محطة الباصات ، الوصول إلى محطة المترو سهل جدا سيرا على الأقدام للوصول إلى مجمع Taiwan Memorial"

"هو عبارة عن بيت ضيافة مقيمين ضيوف مقيمين مناشف مهترئة السرير غير نظيفة والغرف ضيقة جداً جدران الغرف منفصلة !! وصوت أبواب غرفة النظافة خائف من أن تتكسر ونقاط التواليت مكسورة ! كذلك لا يوجد مكيف هواء بالغرف كان هناك حذاء واحد فقط ... تجربة غير سارة للغاية، تكلف 88، وأنا 65 متميزة، لأنه لم يتم النظر في المطبخ لتنفيذ الإقامة، اتضح ليلة واحدة، الغرفة بدون مروحة، واقتراض إلى البار! تجربة سيئة للغاية! الأجهزة سيئة جدا جدا المزايا: صاحبة ضيف مضياف!"
