For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: fitness room, lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km pebble beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/bidet/WC and air conditioning. très joli appartement belle déco spacieux quartier tranquille tout ce qu il y as besoin si trouve seul petit bémol pas de place pour ce garer a l intérieur et pas d internet sinon très satisfait de la location je recommande
