"Oh wow! One of the best hotels I have stayed in with so many travels and more so on this particular China trip! Convenient location and a perk is they have a local tour consultant on site if you would like to visit what Xi’an has to offer! Amazing breakfast buffet choices too! I will definitely recommend Novotel Bell tower to anyone who wants to visit Xi’an. A special mention to Mia who helped me with the check out and helped me with some directions to get to the train station! I will be back! Thank you Novotel for the lovely experience and memory!"

"Here’s a polished review in English, natural and hotel-review style: ⸻ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi’an and would absolutely recommend it. The location is truly exceptional, set בתוך the historic city walls and just a short walk from the iconic Bell Tower. Right outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of street food stalls, the vibrant Muslim Quarter, and countless restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially with guests who don’t speak Chinese. A special mention also goes to the breakfast team, who stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast itself was good, with a decent variety to choose from. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished in a modern style. I especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer — such a nice touch to have even while traveling. And the mattress deserves a special mention: one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, truly outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that I only spent two nights, because everything about this hotel was simply lovely."

"I really like this hotel. I am sorry i dont have photos of the room but it is exactly as on the pictures when you book it. The staff was really friendly and speak a little bit english. The room itself was really big for me as a solo traveller and a good price. It felt really clean which was good. The shower works very good and i wished i have one back at home lol. Normal airconditioner that worked well aswell."

"We had an amazing stay at the Elegant Hotel, Our room was large and spacious with a mini Bar fridge in our room. The reception area & restaurant are stunning and the view from the Restaurant balcony is breathtaking. We arrived around 9pm checked in and then had the evening beef noodles which was just what we needed after a long day of traveling. The breakfast is also very good. The location of the hotel is great right next to the south wall and in walking distance of the bell tower. The staff are very friendly and helpful Ranking our stay 5/5."

"Hotel is literally next to the entrance of the subway/train station and bell tower. If u need a night snack, there are many stalls and restaurants around the hotel, like the chang an da pai dang. Do note that this is a busy location, so you can hear just abit of traffic noise if you are sensitive to it.. for us, no issue and slept soundly. Special thanks for the staff, they are so helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious, and all amenities were working. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff!!"

"I arrived around midnight and was initially assigned a room next to the car park. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy due to the sound of car and motorcycle engines. I requested a room change, and the staff promptly accommodated my request by moving me to a twin room of the same size in a much quieter area of the hotel. Although the new room did not offer any view, I was satisfied with the change as it allowed me to get a good night's rest without the traffic noise. The hotel is conveniently located along a shopping street, making it easy to get around the city and access nearby attractions. The staff were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would stay here again if I return to the city."
