Xi＇an Gaoling District 4-star Hotels

As a frequent traveler, the hotel has high requirements, this is completely up to standard! The desk area is spacious, the socket and desk lamp are reasonably designed, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. The conference room equipment is advanced and the business center service is professional. The location is close to the subway and business district, and there are many dining options around. Also helped print the documents when checking out, very efficient!

I was going to Hangzhou to watch the Asian Games, but was delayed by something. I thought I would spend every day in the rain with laughter and tears. Until yesterday, I accidentally saw that in the golden autumn of October, there is a paradise that can be reached within 20 kilometers by car without climbing any mountains. At first, I was also worried that I had made a wrong choice or was deceived by the photos, until I drove to the quiet village in the bustling city, and felt that there was a new village after a dark period. Before entering the camp, the rainy day had gradually cleared up, and rainbows began to appear in the sky. When the car drove into the camp, a piece of green and vibrant scene jumped into the eyes. Each household has a yard, with fences, roses and wild flowers. Each household has a different design. There is a combination of RV + pavilion, and a combination of RV + space egg + pavilion to meet different accommodation needs, parent-child room, team building room, family gathering room, couples and lovers' private room, different yards have different style themes, and each one is full of greenery, insects and birds. At night, we had a barbecue and played in the yard. When we were tired, we soaked in the pool, talked about everything. When we were sleepy, we rolled back and forth on the 1.8-meter bed in the RV. The hot water bath was also full and turbulent. It was very comfortable to take a bath. There were double drinking water implants in the places with faucets. When we went to bed at night, we could look up and see the stars, the moon on the treetops, and the lonely figures of the kittens under the lights in the quiet yard. It is very suitable for self-cultivation. Finally, I would like to praise the breakfast. It was beyond our expectations. It was so delicious and spicy! So healthy! So appetizing! It was the kind of corn and hazelnuts, sweet potatoes, and corn grains that we couldn't eat for many years (it is said that they were all grown by ourselves), a few cold dishes, and a few hot dishes. For a while, I felt that I didn't need to eat lunch and dinner after eating a breakfast! I felt like I had earned something! I must bring my parents here again. Keep it up. I will also provide this level of service next time! Good reviews!!!

I booked a 3 night stay and it was the best choice ever. Location was literally opposite a night market with awesome street food and shopping, and right in the heart of Xi’An. I would like to specially commend Lucy for accommodating to my request for window view despite the hotel being almost fully booked, for answering all my enquiries promptly and patiently, and also for making my trip in Xi’An so lovely. Feels so at home talking to her. Definitely will book Novotel again. Thumbs up to Lucy and team! Highly recommended 🥰

This is a great hotel majestically located beside a subway station and opposite a street food heaven and shopping complex. This hotel is dated but it exudes greatness and warmth. All the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful , accomodative and radiates good attitude. The rooms are well decorated, spacious well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, the restaurants serve anthentic Contonese dishes and dim sum, while the fusion grill house serves great pirk chops. Looking for to bring my family to stay here during our holidays

There was a little mix up with our reservation when we arrived. The manager and staff worked really hard to resolve the problem. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful which was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is a little out of the way of some of the attractions if you are walking but was a short taxi ride.

A beautiful hotel, felt welcome as soon as we walked into the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. We received a complementary gift bag containing snacks and biscuit shaped in the local main sights, along with a hand drawn map of Xi’an city. The room was nicely decorated, there was a complementary face and eye mask in the room which was a nice touch. The location was very central, with all main sights in the city no more than 10-15 minutes walk away. Having a self service laundry room with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier was a real bonus.

There was heat wave during our stay and hotel just shutdown their AC system. Complained with front desk and they were able to turn it on during hottest time of day. They however should keep the AC running overnight since I woke up in the middle of night on the first day due to heat. The room decors aren't the newest but not too shabby. The lighting switches were super confusing! It says it does one thing but sometimes it doesn't work for some reason? The room cleaning ladies were super nice!!! The front desk folks are super helpful! Thanks Selinas for helping me out with ordering of delivery! Stay away from the Spa (independent from hotel) on third floor, you will be spending triple the price compare to locals. I suggest that the hotel should reevaluate their relationship with the spa since they overcharging hotel guests. Overall very pleasant stay and as expected of Hilton brand.

If you want an awesome view and beautiful photos, this is a place for you. Very comfy room, spacious, soft bed, western design, details as soaps, or colors they use, it's a proper European feeling. Same goes for a breakfast, you can still choose Chinese stuff, but we enjoyed Western options ( special accent on cheese in olive oil and little focaccias). Very pleasant and helpful stuff in a dinning room. Also Igor, at a reception desk, who was more than kind and helpful with some requirements we had. And yes, English speaking reception desk with a foreign stuff, same as in a dinning room, THAT was a dramatic change after experiences we usually have in China. A hotel is not a brand new, but somebody really invested in a design and rethink how things should work here. Not close to shops, you will have to walk for about 2km if you want something. Or just order delivery, or a cab. It doesn't feel as Xi'an, at least not Gaoxin where we live. All together, our staycation was great, we would go there again.

Cindy Zhang is attentive and understanding our needs and able to provide an affectionate and warm welcome for our stay in West in Xian. Location is superb next to tang streets and goose pagoda is walking distance opposite hotel. I visited spa perhaps can check sauna room is not hot in the morning and jacuzzi is neither cold or hot should change to hot water. All staff showed highest standard of service and hospitality. Keep it up!

I must say that it beyonds expectation for Gran Melia hotel, particularly Manager Berry, she works with excellence service mind. The first time I go traveling in XiAn with my elder mom. It is quite complicated to take care her. But this hotel is the right answer, specially Miss Berry who understands our needs well. Full breakfast buffet with various food and wider room with balcony is perfect for us. I must recommend this hotel to my friends and suggest them to book premium room too.
