體驗超棒！一踏入酒店，高檔裝修風格就吸引了我，細節處盡顯東方韻味 ，很有格調。前台辦理入住的速度很快，工作人員熱情周到，還貼心介紹了酒店的各項設施。
房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨，床品舒適，睡了個超安穩的好覺。衞生間乾濕分離，備品質量也很高。酒店的餐飲豐富多樣，早餐的種類多，口味贊，能滿足不同人的需求。
離小西天景區特別特別近，無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，強烈推薦！

地方好找，離小西天和步行街都很近，蠻安靜的，大廳、房間環境都很好，前台工作人員熱情打招呼，尤其是大廳經理（戴眼鏡）小姐姐，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺，雖然以後再來的的機率不大，但是鳳凰泊嵐這個品牌記住了，好感度💯

一個新開張不久的酒店，設施都很新，感覺應該是附近設施比較好酒店了，離小西天很近，走路十分鐘吧，服務很熱情，特別是帶路泊車的小弟弟，很是靈醒，看我們行李多，趕忙幫忙抬行李，又熱情的帶路去停車場，表揚表揚

簡直了，真的是太乾淨了，全屋小度智能。自帶的停車場免費停車，還有保安帶着去。這次住宿感覺非常舒心，而且還下次還要帶我姐妹一起來。前台服務真的特別好，基本可以説是有求必應的那種，下次還要來這裏住。簡直可以説是小縣城裡最好的酒店了，超級無敵推薦大家住這裏❤️

每次住酒店都習慣先看看衞生 衞生方面可以 非常乾淨 衞生間還放了一次性馬桶套 自己帶的都沒用上 考慮的非常周全 房間空間也挺大 酒店服務非常好 很熱情 停車場車位比較多 而且還是免費停車！！（必須點贊）周圍吃的也比較多 交通十分方便 最最最重要的是離小西天景區真的很近！！！！！

非常好，位置很好，周邊就有馬師特色等飯店，離小西天很近，離鼓樓也近，但最近在修。
房間很大，雖然新，但沒有氣味，住得很舒服。酒店工作人員熱情地幫忙打印暑假作業，幫了大忙。非常感謝😊

太噁心了
衞生：打掃完布子還在地下
續住好幾天房間不給添置物品
剛開業就是這麼招待客人？？？
200多房間，説漲價就漲價？？？
6天就有3天不給打掃
打掃房間還把垃圾給我們留下，桌子上殘留碎渣都不知道擦！

設施：説是新開了10來天的酒店，還不錯。
衞生：乾淨着，剛裝修完房間味道還是有點大，聞着一股甜味
服務：服務熱情周到，保安也跑着給找車位。
餐廳稍小了點，住宿人多，餐食還算豐富的，收拾衞生補充菜品都很及時。
