我跟朋友滿心歡喜地去看陳楚生演唱會，可結束的意外卻讓我慌了神。和朋友一起出場時，現場人潮湧動，一個不留神，我們就走散了。朋友的手機在這時也因為電量告急自動關機，我瞬間因聯繫不上朋友陷入了無助。 焦急萬分的我趕緊打電話給酒店尋求幫助。前台的工作人員聽見我神色慌張，立刻放下手頭的工作，耐心詢問情況。瞭解事情經過後，她們一邊安慰我別著急，並説我們很快就到！在演唱會場地見到我時安慰我，讓我不要擔心，並安排其他的工作人員迅速行動起來。一位工作人員幫我聯繫了演唱會場館的安保人員，告知對方我的朋友特徵和我們可能走散的區域；另一位工作人員則拿出充電寶讓我給手機充電，以便朋友聯繫我。 在等待的過程中，前台經理一直陪着我並讓我放心，還安排專人陪我一起回憶和朋友約定的地點。經過近一個小時的努力，場館安保人員終於找到了我的朋友，並將她帶回了酒店。那一刻，我激動得熱淚盈眶，心中滿是對酒店工作人員的感激。要不是他們全力幫忙，真不敢想象這場演唱會會留下多大的遺憾。在回到酒店的我們又累又餓抱着試試看的心態聯繫了前台服務。沒想到，工作人員不僅迅速響應，還特意為我們準備了宵夜和熱牛奶，囑咐我們吃飽了好好休息。 這一趟追星之旅，因為酒店工作人員的幫助變得更加圓滿。她們的每一個舉動都充滿了真誠與善意，讓我在這個陌生的城市裡感受到了家一般的温暖。以後無論何時再來這座城市，這家酒店都會是我的首選！

In addition, the hotel also has leisure facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and SPA centers. The equipment is brand new and well-maintained to meet the needs of different guests. 2. Hygiene: Very nice The hygiene is quite good, and the room gives people a clean and refreshing feeling as soon as they enter the door. The sheets, towels and other linens are white and stain-free, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is no water accumulation and hair residue in the washbasin and shower area, the toilet and washbasin are also thoroughly disinfected, and there is no dust in the corners. The air outlet of the air conditioner and the carpet are also kept very clean. The overall hygiene standard is comparable to that of a five-star hotel, which makes people feel at ease. 3. Environment: Sea view room This time we stayed in a sea view room with an excellent view. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the sea. You can enjoy the blue sea and blue sky during the day and the beautiful sunset in the evening. The room is very soundproof. Even if you are close to the sea, you can't hear the noisy waves. It is very quiet to sleep at night. The balcony is also equipped with a leisure lounge chair, where you can drink coffee while enjoying the sea breeze, and the holiday feeling is full! 4. Service: Very good The hotel's service is impressive, from the front desk to the room service, they are warm and thoughtful. When checking in, the front desk quickly handled the procedures and took the initiative to upgrade the room type; the room aunt cleaned regularly every day, and also replenished mineral water and toiletries attentively. If there is any need (such as borrowing a conversion plug, delayed check-out, etc.), the 24-hour customer service can respond quickly, with a friendly attitude, and the experience is full! Relaxed stay! In my opinion, the hotel has a great location. You can reach both the fish market and the Hulishan Fortress in a very short time by taxi. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet also offered a sufficient selection. Despite not speaking English, the staff were always very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will be back!

A very satisfying stay experience. Although the Light Residence Hotel under Atour has only been open for a few days, I can feel the professionalism of the team from top to bottom. Especially in terms of service, every request is met and there is no ambiguous answer. Awesome breakfast, fresh, delicious and unique. The shacha noodles are freshly cooked, and you can choose the ingredients yourself, and the fresh shrimps are still alive and kicking. The other thoughtful details are also good. Comparing with the nearby Four Seasons Hotel, I decisively switched from the Four Seasons Hotel to Atour Light, which is really worth the money. There is no need to compare the hardware. As for the sleeping pillow, it allowed me to sleep well all night and I didn’t feel the earthquake that night at all. Come again next time~

Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well and I felt safe staying there Environment: The sound insulation is pretty good. There is also a reading area in the lobby on the first floor where you can sit for a while. Today is also a day for reading! Service: The service attitude is particularly good! There was free porridge in the restaurant in the evening. I had a simple meal while doing laundry and it tasted okay. The clean clothes were also delivered to the room after washing, great service! ! ! Facilities: There is a gym, laundry facilities and restaurant on the 9th floor. Overall, I think this trip to Xiamen was a good travel experience. After a day of wandering around Xiamen, I felt much relieved from my travel fatigue after checking in, especially the second generation pillow! ! ! When the price drops, buy it immediately.

Because of business trip, this is the third time to stay at Xiamen SM Plaza District Government Atour Hotel. The front desk check-in and check-out were very fast, and two bottles of water were given before leaving, which was really considerate. The room is clean, the air conditioning is sufficient, and the bedding is good, so business travelers can have a good night's sleep. In addition, there are many free services, which feels super value, recommended.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in at Xiamen. It is very close to the beach and the atmosphere is awesome. The hotel has a big swimming pool and a sitting area. It also has a reading corner where you can sit and read. The hotel rooms are impeccable. It is fully equipped with modern amenities, and it's very clean and neat. On top of all, all the front desk executives are professional and welcoming. The customer service was topnotch. I therefore recommend this hotel for any traveller.

Located within 10 mins drive from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. The hotel even provided complimentary send off service to airport from 5am-7am (pre-booking with front desk required). This is very thoughtful for those who is catching early flight. Rooms were clean and comes with complimentary mini bar. Free laundry service is a plus plus point. And not to forget about the simple porridge supper that always keep us warm after a long day.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 in the afternoon. As soon as we walked in, we felt that the service of this store was very good. Every staff member was very enthusiastic, especially Yuanzi and Twelve. They were very nice. They also took us to a very delicious barbecue restaurant. They told me that it was opened by people from Xinjiang and it was really delicious. They also shared the word ”fate” with me. If we didn't come here, we wouldn't meet and become friends. Everything is because of our fate. Then we talked a lot while eating barbecue in the barbecue restaurant, which made us feel that this trip to Xiamen was very worthwhile. They were really super enthusiastic. I strongly recommend it. I will definitely come to Xiamen again next time I have the chance. I am very happy to meet these two good friends Yuanzi and Twelve! ! !
