The location is good. It is near Zhongshan street, a local market and it has a really good view of Gulangyu. The non-smoking floor had no trace of cigarette scent. The staff were helpful with the luggage and promptly resolved an issue with the room. I did request that they helped me with a restaurant reservation but failed to update me on the outcome. Overall, service was good.

The room is great but cleanliness need to be improved. Hair strands everywhere. Fake eyelash glued to coffee table. Cup stains on the glass study table. The view from the room is nice.

Historical hotel right in the city center. I had a room without view on Gulangyu but bigger (suite) which was very spacious, mdodern and comfortable.

really grate hotel I like it so much next time I will order only this hotel I didn't seen like it till know they are so good and help but only the language don't know English the brackfast have everything you need not only Chinese really need to come back again only for this hotel very nice view from the room on the Sea really amazing thanks so much for everything.
