⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko Xiamen at the beginning of New Year 2026, spending a full one week at the hotel as a family, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lobby team, and the professionalism continued throughout our stay — from smooth check-in to thoughtful check-out assistance with our luggage. The service culture here is exceptional and consistently felt across departments, including housekeeping and restaurant teams. We would like to extend our special thanks to Duty Manager Chanel Chen, who kindly arranged an upgrade to a Japanese-style room for our final two nights. This thoughtful gesture added a unique and memorable highlight to our stay, and our family truly appreciated the care and consideration shown to us, especially toward our young daughter. During our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experiences — from the breakfast restaurant to the Japanese restaurant on the executive floor, both offering quality food and attentive service. We were also impressed by the in-house photography team, including the makeup artists, whose professionalism and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Although Hotel Nikko Xiamen is a well-established five-star hotel, its service standards remain outstanding. The dedication and refined service culture demonstrated by the senior staff are something that cannot simply be replicated by newer or “internet-famous” hotels. This depth of experience and genuine hospitality is what truly sets the hotel apart. The hotel’s prime beachfront location is another major highlight. We were fortunate to witness a breathtaking sunrise, with multiple rays of sunlight emerging from the sea — a magnificent sight far more beautiful than any photo could capture. Our little daughter was absolutely amazed by the view, making it a moment we will always cherish. We sincerely thank the entire Hotel Nikko Xiamen team for their warm hospitality and excellent service, and we wish the hotel and its dedicated staff a wonderful and successful 2026.

Great Japanese hotel close to the sea with a excellent sea view. Everything was clean, rooms are big, I really enjoyed it. I will stay in Nikko Xiamen again for sure.

Walking distance to convention center. Good spread of breakfast, it can be very crowded early morning. Overall is good 👍🏻

This is a prestigious hotel with high level of dedication and friendliness! The gem is that they provide travel photography service which is very handy. Not far away from “Tulou”..

Superb 5 star hotel in Xiamen. On the other side of the city but good location for us as its close to the xiamen stone fair complex. Service was great, rooms were great, only thing is i feel not enough vegetarian food options.

Jeff & Harrison were very kind and helped me so much during the stay, answered any questions I had, mad my stay way better!!! I recommend this hotel, it’s clean, breakfast is also rich.

Book for marathon, the location is super convenient, service is superb. They also provide free food/drink in the lobby during the marathon day.

Best hotel in Xiamen, very comfortable, very clean, very friendly staff, always on time. Best choose to stay in Xiamen, if you coming for a business trip.
