Facilities: relatively new, no old items found
Hygiene: very clean and tidy, smoke-free treatment was done as required, bed sheets, quilt covers and sanitary products had no odor
Service: very good, the items needed were received quickly, the front desk and cleaning lady had very good service attitude

The room was generally clean and tidy, but I couldn't find the switch for the bathroom exhaust fan. Everything else was OK, but the room was a little small. The service was warm and thoughtful. It wasn't noisy at night, so I had a good rest.

The hotel room was ok and clean. But the pillow on the bed smelled of cigarettes. I couldn't sleep all night.
The front desk said that the hotel required us to scan the QR code of the official account to check in. I was shocked. It's not a good idea to do this just to attract fans. In fact, we can respect the wishes of the guests.

I have stayed in many Seasons hotels, but to be honest this one was not very good, mainly due to the location. You have to go through a very long corridor to get to the room, and the room and the lobby are actually two floors up. The environment felt quite average, and it was on a low floor, with commercial facilities on the first floor.
