Response from Property: Hello, when you checked in, you saw that you had originally booked small rooms, but later you were upgraded to a large suite in Building A, which is twice the size of Building B. And when you checked in, you saw that the price was higher than the single room in Building B. When you checked in, you were told that it was a good deal, so you checked in. There was only one single room and one suite, and you were not asked to pay the additional fee. And you checked out smoothly. During the late check-out, the butler even opened the door for you to take your luggage. How come this is the review after checking out? It's totally different from what you said when you checked in.
