Response from Property: Hello, when you checked in, you saw that you had originally booked small rooms, but later you were upgraded to a large suite in Building A, which is twice the size of Building B. And when you checked in, you saw that the price was higher than the single room in Building B. When you checked in, you were told that it was a good deal, so you checked in. There was only one single room and one suite, and you were not asked to pay the additional fee. And you checked out smoothly. During the late check-out, the butler even opened the door for you to take your luggage. How come this is the review after checking out? It's totally different from what you said when you checked in. Wow, 0.5. I wish you a pleasant journey and all the best in the new year. And the parking lot is not located at our hotel. May I ask, based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, why did the Ctrip review team delete the customer's sincere additional review? Please give the merchant a fair explanation. The merchant started to file a complaint on February 8, 2025, but has not received a response or result so far. This is completely irresponsible to the guests and the hotel. Why does it take so long to verify this matter or is the review team ignoring it?
