The room is a loft, the first floor is a very ordinary room, the view is on the second floor. But the second floor is too hot during the day, the ultraviolet rays are too strong, and the night is dark outside, there is no view at all, and the wifi signal is very poor. The room is far from the sea, not a real sea view room. The rooms are all under construction on both sides, and they are not beautiful. The outdoor balcony is old, basically nothing, and the wooden floor is not flat. Not worth more than 1,000, very disappointed.

It is hygienic and clean, located in Xiang'an Campus of Xiamen University, very quiet. Bring your children to experience the campus culture. The environment is beautiful, and walking at night is very comfortable. During the buffet in the morning, I met students from various countries who came to exchange and study. They ate in an orderly and quiet manner, and arranged them neatly after eating. In the lush campus, among the blooming phoenix flowers, you can always see the special features of Xiamen culture. From the youthful and sunny faces of the students walking towards you, you can feel a kind of inherited romance. Therefore, the background may not be deep, but the culture has been passed down all the time.

Very nice and clean small hotel, big rooms, quiet, convenient location with many restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is a litte bit basic but fresh and tasty, much better than what you normally get at small Hotels in China, no western food which is normal. Front desk is not English speaking but very friendly, check in was without any problems possible. Nice Lobby and a small garden to relax.

I give it full marks. As a B&B in the far suburbs of Xiamen, the environment, hygiene and facilities are all pretty good. The characteristic is the house with southern Fujian style. It is good to walk around and have a look as a transition to Xiaodeng to catch seafood the next day, but don't reserve too much time because there is really nothing around. In addition, the room type was upgraded, but it was not free, which was a bit regrettable. After all, we might be the only guests that day!

Not as well-organized as Ji Hotel, which is located right next door. Had I known Ji was that close, I would have definitely chosen to stay there instead.

Cars can be parked on the second floor below the villa. There is a door directly next to the car to enter the villa, so it is recommended to drive. There are parking spaces for two cars. There are a total of three rooms with 4 beds. If we have a good relationship, it feels like it can accommodate 8 people. On the first floor below is the swimming pool, KTV and kitchen. There are not many songs in the ktv, and the microphone consumes a lot of power. I kept asking people to send it to Dianchi Lake. The projection screen is relatively small and can only be seen clearly when the lights are turned off. It takes about 40-45 minutes to fill the pool with water. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as knives, cups, and pots. You need to bring your own seasonings. There is a small courtyard on the first floor, and the ambient lights will light up by themselves at night. The lounge chairs on the first floor are very comfortable, and the mattresses on the second and third floors are also very good to sleep on. The elevator is a bit ”weird” and will automatically stop back to the first floor, and then occasionally Suddenly the elevator door opened...scared us twice. Dog friendly!
