Sheraton Hotels in Xiamen

We had a great stay at the Sheraton once again. We stay here often when visiting Xiamen since the location is great and the rooms very comfortable. The hotel is very close to a large mall and metro station, making it easy to travel round the city very fast.The staff were friendly and helpful as always. I recommend the beer in the reception bar. Will definitely stay again!

Xiamen Hotel | Jimei Sheraton Hotel As a newly opened hotel in March this year, Xiamen Jimei Sheraton welcomed the first batch of guests to experience it. The owner is the Malaysian ioi Real Estate Group. The surrounding facilities include ioi mall and Jimei World Trade Plaza, and there are complete food, drink and entertainment. However, it is 2.2 kilometers away from Guanren Metro Station. Basically, I took a taxi to and from the subway station and Gaoqi Airport these two days. Service: The front desk lady Liliya who was responsible for checking in on the first day was very good. Not only did she take the initiative to help upgrade the room type, but she also added WeChat to communicate with me in order to ensure the executive lounge matters later. The concierge Asher accompanied me all the way to complete the check-in process, which was very considerate. The executive floor on the 28th floor where I stayed was very quiet, and the aunt in the customer service department would take the initiative to greet the guests, which was a big plus. Lounge: Since I bought the executive privileges for this experience, I felt it in the lounge. Unfortunately, the afternoon tea and happy hour experience were very average. There were not many choices for afternoon tea, and the lounge staff did not feel very enthusiastic. It felt like everyone was in a state of mutual adjustment. Additional details: There is a brother wearing glasses in the concierge department who will still pay attention to customers coming in and out when communicating with other staff members, and will greet them warmly. The next morning, after breakfast on the 5th floor, I went to the front desk to confirm the check-out time. A long-haired lady took the initiative to help with the delayed check-out, and her words were professional. Most of the staff in and out of the hotel concierge will greet you warmly and proactively. Of course, there are also cases where guests pretend to look down and don't see, and the attitude and quality of the staff's service are uneven. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. I still like the new design style of Sheraton, and I look forward to experiencing Xiamen Jimei Sheraton again after running-in.
