Xiamen Xiang'an District 5-star Hotels

The room is clean. The facilities are new. The service is polite. The breakfast has a variety of choices. There are also local specialty noodles and porridge. The only thing I can complain about is that the juice is not freshly squeezed. It is the best hotel in the area.

The room is very clean and the facilities are complete. The surrounding environment is also quiet and convenient, just next to the subway station.

The room is beautiful, neat, clean, elegant, and the service is good! The breakfast is delicious, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, and the waiters are friendly! When I saw an old man, I took the initiative to help carry my luggage. I will definitely make the first choice next time I come back.

Hotel is well located. Staff don't want to speak English when checking in. Checking out was a little better helpful lady spoke English. Shower had no hot water for two days. Breakfast is terrible most of the time the plates are empty but the selection is also not great. For Chinese people maybe they can accept this kind of breakfast, but it is not on an international standard. Room not to bad TV sound is very low even at 100% volume. I will not use this hotel again and c trip says it is one of the best. This time they got to be joking.

The hotel is fantastic and we always stay there when traveling to Xiamen. Great facilities and welcoming staff, although the restaurant we visited inside the hotel was poor. The restaurant was the Italian on the ground floor of the hotel. We ordered a variety of starters and main meals, although they were brought out at different times and effectively we all ate alone. I stressed the point that can all the starters and main meals be brought at the same time and the response was they take different times to cook, I found this astonishing and surely the chefs could of altered this to meet our demands. The staff within the restaurant were poor at best, they didn’t ask how our meal was, even though we left most of it. In conclusion the hotel is wonderful, but if you’re thinking of eating in the Italian I would definitely not advise as the treatment and money we spent was not worth the value at all.

the staff, location and the room is beyond perfect. i was well rested everyday on the very comfy bed and spacious gym that is well equipped. easy to get taxis or didi to and from airport. the next time i come back to xiamen, i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

I browsed and selected from Ctrip and saw 0 negative reviews, so I chose this one. After checking in, the experience was very smooth, the environment is very good, quiet and no noise, and there are no problems such as dirt, hair, bugs, etc. that occur in other businesses. The owner of the store is also very nice. He received me personally and upgraded the double bed. Mineral water was replenished for free, as were other daily necessities. Nothing disturbing happened during my stay. To travel to scenic spots, Binbei Dongdu Bus Station/First Pier Bus Station/Dongdu Wharf. All very convenient. In addition, Bailuzhou Park (very good, there is a pigeon square where you can feed pigeons) and Bay Park (where you can watch the sea and airplanes) are both nearby. recommend! recommend! recommend!

I like this hotel very much. It's antique and quiet, with beautiful environment, good service and convenient parking. I will recommend this hotel every time friends and family come over.

We always stayed in this Hotel every time we go to Xiamen. I think that it is the best hotel so far, not far away from the airport and also great location. The hotel is clean and smells good. Some staff can speak english but it will be a lot lot better if all of them can speak english. Overall it’s a 9/10 experience.
