Excellent hotel by the river. Before you arrive they will want to ensure you arrive at the hotel without difficulties. They provide a complimentary ride to hotel from railway station , a staff will greet you at the entrance to ancient town where the hotel is located when you arrive.. Carried your luggage, assist you all the way to your room. You can expect meticulous attention from the lady boss. The room is very comfortable. The view of the river and the soothing waterfall is very therapeutic. I can live here permanently. Check out is seamless and a small gift await your departure. What else can you ask for? Stayed 3 nights from 10-13/04/2025. The view from the Hotel Balcony was simply fanstastic. They also picked us up from Qifeng Square, helped carried our luggage. They also helped us booked a taxi grim the hotel to Fenghuang Gucheng Railway Station. Thanks to 2 very friendly staff, Mr Yang and Mr Loong. Breakfast was adequate

Fenghuang ancient city is a amazing, nice place. However, taking taxi is a bad experience. If your group is more than 2 persons, recommend to taking city bus directly without delay. The hotel staff met us at the bus station and fetch us to hotel. Location was very convenient as it's near to the Hongqiao Bridge. Our room for 4 persons is small as we have 4 large luggages and not much walkway. The room was comfortable, and had a fantastic balcony with amazing view.

I’m pretty sure this hotel is in the best location in Furong! The views of the waterfall are spectacular! My room had a balcony and I swear I had the best room in the town! They added me on WeChat and we were able to message on that and use a translate button to understand each other, as they don’t speak English. The hotel also has a rooftop that has incredible views over the waterfall too. They picked me up and dropped me off at the train station for free. They also allowed me to fly my drone from the rooftop which was great because it allowed me to keep an eye on it! You don’t need long in Furong, one or two nights maximum, but you may as well book a hotel with the best views, so stay here!

The hotel is located on the side of the river, just in front of the tower, which is one of the main sights in Fenghuang. It's close to everything, and very convenient for sightseeing. The downside of being just in the center of everything, is that the river facing rooms are noisy. There's a bar with live music just downside, and a lot of people passing by. But music stops around 11:30pm, so it's not too bad (they have plenty of ear plugs at the reception if needed). And the view from the balcony is great. The room has all the modern amenities (which I was not expecting in an old town, but was very welcome) and is clean. But the best part is the staff, who were super nice and helpful too. They have great advice for visits, can help with all the tickets and bookings needed, efficient, and with good recommendations. Warmly recommended.

Traveled in December, it was nice for us as there wasn’t a lot of people. Really easy to communicate with them through Wechat. They got us a car for train station pick up and drop off. Upon arriving, someone came out to get us. It’s a flight of stairs down first (they offer to help with luggage) but would say to pack light because we were struggling. It’s a couple minutes walk to the place, I believe they have two, so depends which one they bring you to? We got the connecting rooms via balcony. It was nice because it was two rooms and each room had its own bathroom. We were able to see the water bridge (I believe) right outside the balcony which was nice. Good thing we were just on the first floor so with our luggages, stairs wasn’t too bad. Since it was not peak season, even with the bar nearby, it was not too loud for us at night. There’s some restaurants and photoshoot shops nearby as well. We did the photoshoot store right next to this stay and it was just ok for reference, feel like you can get cheaper elsewhere. Everything was pretty clean but there were some issues. Since it was December, it was cold. And when we first arrived, there was no hot water (just all freezing cold water). They said water heater was just cleaned or something when I asked. They said hot water should be back at night but our water when we showered wasn’t too promising. And then the heater was barely warming up the room so we were basically freezing. We took out all our jackets and all and we were still cold. Our room door to the balcony window was also broken which I was frustrated at first since it was cold, no hot water, heater not working, cold air blowing in. They eventually fixed it and I did appreciate the lady giving us portable heaters for the room to use. Overall, I think it’s not a bad place.

The hotel was situated right alongside the river. The town is beautiful, at day it is somewhat quiet and at night there is a vibrant atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and helped me with the boat ticket and multiple admission ticket for the highlights of the city. For an non native it was not really interesting to see the houses of famous Chinese persons, but it was nice to see the nice houses and museum.

We organised a family trip to Fenghuang not knowing what to expect on the stays. Qianxun Yunjing Zen River Hotel surprised us. We initially booked a family suite room, but after seeing the big heavy luggages we are carrying, the owner upgraded our room to have easier access. Room was beautiful and clean. Design was minimalistic and classy. Staff was also kind and helpful, was able to communicate with them using translator app as our mandarin is not the best. We were picked up from fenghuang gucheng train station and ride was smooth and quick. Not to mention the amazing view at the front located in the heart of Fenghuang, I will book this hotel again when I come back.

When we arrived they showed us our room and offered an upgrade to a bigger room. But as we were happy with the original room we just stayed with that option regardless of there being no view from the window. But what we didn’t know was the view we had led directly into another building and every sound from the neigbourbuilding could be heard. It seems like they have children and it was super noisy in the mornings and evenings. We wished we upgraded in the beginning but after we found out we had already unpacked and didn’t want to pack and unpack again. The room itself was just okay. Close to a very pretty bridge but as it is located at the end of the scenic area going to the other side is kind of far. The stay was still pleasant and they lent us an umbrella.

Highly recommended this hotel !! Very good location & the view from balcony is so amazing. Besides of that, their pretty staff 小滕 is very friendly & lovely. Guided me how to play with the route when I arrived the hotel. Also she tried her best to get me a taxi which really saved my ass, if not I would definitely miss out my train back to Chang Sha.  非常推荐 地理位置绝佳！工作人员小滕很友善也很漂亮！会教你如何游玩凤凰古城 然后遇到什么问题也会帮你解决！预约的网约车临时放鸽子 当时慌得一批 还好有小滕帮我拦截了一辆出租车 不然差点就赶不上高铁了！
