和朋友當天臨時決定去襄陽，在路上發現各大酒店都滿房，衹有鉑驪酒店還有最後2間，因為我當時在開車，直接就趕緊付錢預訂。 我們訂了2間大床房，我和朋友一人帶一個小孩子，我們家寶寶3歲，朋友家孩子10歲了，到了前台才被告知每個房間衹含一份早餐，朋友家孩子身高問題需要單獨購買早餐，我們便提出願意補差價，但是前台卻告知我們，他們沒有辦法售賣早餐必須去西餐廳當天買，我們也接受了。 第二天早上9.30下樓吃早飯，我們房間在11樓，開始等電梯，一等就是20分鐘，那我們沒吃上飯可以怪電梯麼？這電梯是真忙碌啊，等我們坐上電梯到西餐廳的時候，又被收銀員阻攔，説要求我們補一個人的早餐錢，我就問收銀員如何付款，結果餐廳告訴我們她們沒辦法結賬需要掛在我們的房間上，前台結賬，我們也報了房號，結果還沒坐下，剛才的收銀員又跟過來告訴我們，是他們收早餐錢，我們頓時無語。説一會用早餐結束找她，她也不願意，對我們不依不饒，態度簡直惡劣，後來我們在西餐廳轉了一圈，麪檔也不煮了，菜品也空盤了，就給2個小孩子拿了包子吃了吃，出門的時候告訴門口的收銀，裏面沒有餐食了，大人都沒吃，那收銀員聽完，直接給我們一個白眼，還冷哼一聲，極其蔑視的眼神看了我們，一副瞧不起人的樣子，我沒懂我們700多一晚的房費都出了，那她也沒提供相對應的服務。瞧不起誰呢？我真的要投訴她，她那個嘴臉現在還在我腦子裡，一想就火大！！！！！
