⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay near the airport! I really like Hotel Mercure chain. it’s super close to the airport and even offers a free airport pick-up, which was very convenient ✈️ The area is quiet with not much shopping nearby, but I booked the suite room and it was fantastic ,clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Perfect for a short stay before or after a flight!

衞生：乾淨整潔，但是有異味，走廊到房間都有，很難散去。環境：距離機場近，環境較為清靜，受航路飛機噪音較小。設施：較好，整體設施都不錯。早餐很好，豐富多樣，味道也很好。麪食好，就餐環境也好！

Thank you for a mostly pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, efficient, and the staff we interacted with were helpful. The proximity to the airport is its biggest advantage. A small note for future guests: the complimentary shuttle to the hotel requires a bit of patience. After calling the hotel from the arrivals hall, the shuttle took about 20 minutes to arrive for us. It's not a major issue if you're not in a rush, but it's something to be aware of. Perhaps the hotel could look into making this service more frequent. Overall, a good airport hotel experience.

這個酒店整體舒適度挺好的，乾淨衞生整潔，自助餐種類比較多。由於我是凌晨飛機到機場的，有申請接機。但是前台人員把我的電話弄錯，導致接機的師傅沒有第一時間聯繫上。後來到酒店登記之後詢問電梯口，前台人員就用手一指，我誤走到了一條黑路（沒亮燈後折返）再次詢問前台並且有質疑為什麼我走錯了也不糾正一下前台回答説沒有注意看😅

酒店環境出乎意料的好，以為這個價格在機場旁是湊合一晚，沒想到比在市區住的五百多的都好。房間很温馨，因為航班取消，滯留在西安的一晚好像也不那麼煩躁了。附近還能點到外賣。酒店早餐也很不錯。還有接送機服務也很棒。服務態度都很好。
