性價比非常高。停車方便，親子房間很大，服務態度好。這裏距離徐州衹有三十公里，比住在徐州北邊或者東邊的郊區距離雲龍湖更近。而且不堵車。

房間較大，設施較新，配套不錯，價格合理，在一個縣城裡就是較好的賓館了，帶兩人的早餐，早餐品種還較豐富，味道也可以。

一共住了兩天，第一天住的房間沒有窗户，睡得整個人昏昏沉沉的。起床去吃早餐，下樓的時候將近9點，餐廳幾乎沒什麼吃的了。還有前台的服務員比較熱情，房間的兩瓶水喝完了又讓他送了兩瓶。服務是比較好的。第2天我們又換了有窗户的房間。下次還會來這家。

酒店裝修精緻，服務貼心，洗澡舒適，環境乾淨整潔，員工熱情友好！強烈推薦！
這家酒店的位置絕佳，離各個景點都非常近，出門即可遊玩。
房間佈置得超温馨，床品柔軟舒適，睡一覺後感覺非常滿足。

服務級差,1月25-30日入住五晚全程沒有熱水無法洗澡，一家四口大過年期間無法洗澡是何等痛苦。當我們跟前台反映情況得到的是“解決不了的答覆”，27日晚上的前台態度非常差，不但不積極跟領導彙報問題解決問題還跟消費者惡意吵架，在我的強烈要求下前台給賓館經理撥通了電話，賓館經理一直在強調客觀原因而不想辦法解決問題，第二天無意間聽到賓館經理跟其他服務人員聊天説故意不來現場解決問題。這六天當中不單單是我這一個房間沒有熱水，整個賓館若干房間都跟我們是同樣的遭遇，適逢節日都是一家幾口帶着老小出來探親，也都是一連幾天無法洗澡。賓館老闆真是一個慈善家，花錢僱了一幫這樣的員工真是**。提醒大家買服務的時候要提前想想不能洗澡是否能接受。

因為是過年回老家帶着小孩，第一天就換了3個房間，第一個房間被套破的，枕套臟的。第二個房間床單直接沒換，客房換了床單被套以後洗手枱又漏水，洗澡水也不熱，無奈又換第三個房水還是涼的，來來回回搞了1個多小時，好在工作人員態度還好，餐廳阿姨也很好，洗了3天冷水澡，希望酒店重視熱水這個基本問題，不然後麪鐵定不會再來了。

出差半個月，住的最不滿意的一家酒店，早餐很一般，設施破舊，酒店不隔音，半夜十一點多鐘，隔壁吵吵鬧鬧，和酒店説了兩次也沒用，提出換個房間，明明有房，酒店回答沒房了，不會住第二次的
