不太愉快的一次體驗，多次聯繫商家均未果，那電話是個擺設嗎，按照預訂提供的位置導航到的是另一個村，到那裡又打聽，然後人家又幫我打聽幾番周折終於找到了。
還有商家在我入住當天上午告知我我預訂的房間沒有了，讓我加錢換房間，之後攜程客服進行核實，商家又説打錯電話了，不知道評價5分咋來的！

金鳳民宿，和我同事一個名字😄，一進房間就感覺寬敞明亮整潔，有種家的感覺，年輕女老闆娘熱情周到，給我提供了洗衣用具，晾曬衣服有種回農村老家的感覺，嘮嘮家常，很有緣分。如果不趕時間，真想多住幾日。要是有機會來興城，還會關顧金鳳民宿。

服務超好，前台小姐姐説話超有禮貌，而且很貼心，房間的採光很好，很大的窗户，乾淨敞亮，設施很新，浴巾毛巾都很乾凈，東北大炕式簡約風格，整體來説很滿意。價格也很實惠。
