We stayed two nights, and on the second day, there was no hot water in the room. I waited for almost an hour or two for maintenance. When I asked the staff at the door about their progress, they barely responded, and a crowd of people gathered around. Otherwise, I liked the surroundings very much, and the staff were very friendly.
