Very nice clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room modern, clean and just right. Mine didn't have a closet or a safe but that's not such a big deal.
This next point isn't about this particular hotel but for all girls in China. Please make it more accessible to non-chinese speaking foreigners. Each of the girls I started with during my trip, do not make any attempt or even try to care. China is getting super automated and self-service but their smart devices and controllers ranging from in-room controls to within the property like room service and delivery robots could also understand English would be fantastic.
It's so much cheaper to add a new language to these agents than to have all their staff learn English and it would enhance our experience by a 100x as we would never bother the hotel staff with anything.

Hotel is great, with awesome service from the staff. One thing to note is that driving is quite painful around the hotel, and would recommend to Didi around instead.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. There is a lot of food, drink and entertainment around it. It also has a profound historical and cultural heritage. You can feel the customs and culture of Qinghai. The hotel is very clean and relatively new!

Breakfast: Limited variety, stale food. My child got diarrhea after eating the lamb.
Cleanliness: Hair was found in the bathroom shower drain.
Parking: The parking lot is used for both commercial and residential purposes. The Qinghai Provincial Architectural Survey and Design Institute's staff housing is probably also located here. They blocked our car, forcing us to wait in the parking lot for over an hour. When the hotel manager learned that the person blocking our car was the wife of the institute's leader, she reluctantly called and offered no apology for our patience. After repeated calls to no avail, I had no choice but to call the traffic police at 122 for assistance. The police arrived, as did the family members who were moving the car. The hotel manager politely apologized for the inconvenience. It was quite a lesson learned.
Qinghai is beautiful, but I will never visit Xining Licheng again. It's beyond the reach of ordinary people.
