房間48平米很大 個人喜歡大房間
對比了下現在旺季也還好 沒漲價太多
衞生收拾很勤（表揚收拾大姐謝謝最後我退房還給了兩瓶水）
唯一一般一些的是早餐：可以提升一下老闆

這家酒店給我的第一印象就特別好，服務更是沒話説，從入住到退房，工作人員都特別熱情周到，響應速度很快，有任何需求都能及時滿足，態度親切又專業，讓人心裏暖暖的。入住的行政房，空間特別寬敞，客房住着特別自在，整體體驗超棒，非常推薦！酒店位置在南交通巷，巷內有好多青海地方美食

這次入住西寧旺和國際酒店，完全超出了預期！從進門開始，每一位員工都帶着真誠的微笑，主動問候、幫忙提行李，瞬間讓人感到賓至如歸。
特別要表揚前台的小哥哥小姐姐們，耐心解答問題，還貼心地推薦了本地特色美食和景點路線。最讓我感動的是，因為自駕過來停車位緊張，經理親自幫忙協調停車場，跑前跑後解決問題，這種服務態度真的太少見了！
房間整潔寬敞，床品舒適，細節處處體現品質。早餐種類豐富，還有青海特色小吃，味道很棒！退房時工作人員還主動詢問入住體驗，並贈送了小禮物，真的太暖心了！
如果來西寧，強烈推薦這家酒店——服務有温度，管理有水準，絕對物超所值！

定了一個三人間，窗户很小，沒有空調，衹有一個小小的風扇,導致洗完澡房間很悶。
晚上十二點床下的感應燈會自動亮，諮詢了前台説關不了。
凌晨5：30莫名其妙被人按門鈴。早上去給前台反應後一直沒有給反饋。最後還是攜程的工作人員打電話説明情況。大家慎選。

酒店環境優美，房間的衞生乾淨整潔，房間設施設備都很新，房間智能小度，有機器人，最主要的是還有空調出遊一圈進來房間裏面空氣清新，温度適宜，真是太爽了，前台的小哥哥小姐姐服務也超好，早餐也是豐富多樣，最主要的是有新鮮的牛奶，新鮮的豆漿，品種多的吃都吃不過來，回來還住這裏，給你們一個大大的贊

夏天的西寧挺涼爽的，來之前訂酒店本來還擔心旅遊旺季，西寧酒店挺貴，結果，還可以啊，而且，這個酒店也乾淨。前台的小姐姐和保潔阿姨，人挺好，服務到位，就是那種西北人的樸實善良熱情。酒店離我們去省博物館，人民公園也挺近，酒店空調風吹的挺足啊，出門打車也方便的很。

房間很大，設施齊全衞浴都是智能設備，房間很温馨，非常乾淨，早餐菜品豐富，環境優雅，工作人員也很熱情，就在人民公園跟前，晚上沒事可以去人民公園溜溜，旁邊不遠還有個步行街，非常方便
