the location is very nice , on top of a hill overlooking the beautful Evoian gulf and beach. The service is good, the outskirts of the hotel are green and pleasant. The room have nice balconies facing the beach. The swimming pool is nice too but there's no children's pool.
The rooms are fine, but a bit small, and the bed is only 1.60 m. width. The bathroom is unbearable, way too small and no place for two people. Never saw such a tiny bathroom.
Breakfast is good, with wide selection of food, but for dinner, the food in the main dinning room was not tasty and not good. We had something light at the bar outside.

Wow! Forgive the cliche but this really was a 10/10 weekend stay at the Deluxe sea view room.
Everything (!) was great and the breakfast was PERFECT. thank you Brown Beach Chalkida!
also recommend the great Bora Bora beach nearby which makes the location so great.

The location is good, convenient for business trips, but you need to rent a car, the consumption is reasonable, the room is tidy, the service staff is kind, the breakfast is rich, the sound insulation is very good, but the toilet is a little problematic.

It’s terrible. This hotel used to be among the best ones in town. At the moment, it is one of the most unwelcoming hotels I have ever experienced. We booked two rooms for family members who visited from the US because of the location and the old reputation of the hotel. It was a huge mistake because currently there is no inclusion and respect towards people who are not Kosher and it’s a disgrace to the Greek hospitality. In addition, the hotel runs as a 2-star and not as a 4-star hotel even though they claim they are a 4-star one. Rooms are very small, food is terrible and sometimes not even available at all and on top of that they don’t let you deliver food from outside the hotel and l won’t even comment about their “breakfast” and “coffee”. Highlights of this awful stay also include the rude attitude of the staff and the fact that they did not even provide water bottles to the guests in the rooms. They should emphasize on their website that not Kosher people are not welcome and they should definitely downgrade to a lower star hotel since they don’t meet the criteria to be a 4-star one.

The hotel and staff were very friendly and kosher food was excellent in variety and volume. The short walk to private beach and sea and swimming pool provided a wonderful experience. Shabbos meals were great and freshly baked pizza and cocktails were also excellent. There is on site Shul and mashgiach was also helpful. We came as a couple but We would love to come back with our kids for an amazing kosher beachfront experience.

Unacceptable service, we ate on plastic paper dishes poor quality food and had to pay for a swim in the pool though we had full lunch at the terrible restaurant!! And we paid so much money for nothing!! Don’t go!!!
