Shanghai is extremely hot this year. In response to the call of relatives there, my parents took a quick trip. I originally planned to go to Xiuwen to escape the summer heat and stayed for a while. 總體感覺一般，不會再去第二次吧！地理位置關係，整個都很潮，我們住二樓，房間地面衹要不開門通風都是潮的濕滑，進去一股黴味，私湯的池子看起來也是不乾淨，放幹了水底部看着臟臟的沒敢泡。床品發現黴斑，前台也立即更換了。設施老舊，生銹損壞的蠻多，長者那個房間洗手間門都是壞的。燈的開關設計很奇特，反正就是找一圈才會找到。酒店開放的項目太少了，小童樂園，無邊泳池，温泉很多池子，都沒開！！！一副閑置很久的樣子。晚上出去逛逛，除了温泉門口，其他地方都很黑！！！！唉。不會再去了。

本來預訂的複式私湯房，因為房間設施突然出現問題，經理幫我們換到了親子私湯房，差價正好抵了熱辣火車專線的兩份火鍋。酒店可以喂梅花鹿，甜品不錯，小朋友玩得很開心。

房間還算乾淨衞生，但是外面的温泉開放的池子有限，整體感觀相對冷清了些。驚喜的地方是小火車火鍋 還蠻驚喜的。一路風光不錯，火鍋也能吃飽，還配了精緻下午茶。

體驗最差的一次温泉酒店，電話溝通下午三點入住，五點到的酒店，很大的前台大廳衹有一個人在辦手續，前台一堆人在抱怨埋冤速度慢，體驗差，好不容易辦完入住，五點二十到的房間，結果開門一看沒打掃房間，房間臟亂不成樣子，震驚了這是一個星級酒店該犯的低級錯誤嗎？協調工作人員，一層樓打掃衞生就一個人，遇到打掃的阿姨説就她一人打掃，五點也要下班了，説是協調其它房間，明明網上還有房間再銷售，卻告知沒房間了，然後就等主管協調打掃，臨近6:40才電話告知打掃完畢可以入住了。一個星級温泉酒店，再是週末人多，在提前預訂的情況下，是不是該提前把衞生打掃好，還有未打掃的房間為什麼就安排入住了、讓客人站在臟亂的房間無處落腳嗎？總之第一次入住酒店遇到這麼離譜的服務與體驗，希望酒店好好管理別為了吸引客人來基本的溝通服務都不會做了

酒店服務還是非常好，雖然很多是當地村民但是很熱情，離景區也近，出入很方便，整體還酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，景色非常漂亮，設施方便，我們帶了小孩還主動給我們換的更大點的房間，酒店的梅花鹿性格很好，我家寶寶一點也不怕！總之這次入住體驗感非常好，下次還要來。
