唯一優勢，出行方便，胖東來生活超市，公交站，的士，都在附近，不到一站路。如果單人出行，想把所有預算，都用在刀刃上，個人建議，僅供參考，短期入住，沒問題。如果考慮舒適度，硬件軟件和服務，那就去選擇星級酒店！

房間太破了，而且窗户不密封，晚上有風吹進來，聲音很大。房間不隔音，床的聲音很大，門還鎖不好。一次性牙刷跟鞋刷一樣硬。房間還有一點味道。床單都是發黃的，一晚上都沒脱衣服，靠在床頭睡的。浴室還一直漏水，浴室特別小，站兩個人都擠。唯一就是價格便宜。住過最差的民宿了！！抽屜裏還有別人用過的紙，應該是上一個人留下的就沒打掃。電視機還是那種老式的大塊頭電視。拖鞋根本不敢穿。照片照出來有色差，其實床單很黃。上面還有沒洗掉的血漬

啥都沒有，一張床，一個衞生間，有熱水，水龍頭容易掉。高價低配 ，毛巾，牙刷牙膏，洗髮水，沐浴露，衞生紙。什麼都沒有，空調的線還夠不着插座。同樣環境的屋子租一個月才一百，屬實垃坤。
勸老闆開不起就不要營業了，住過最差的，沒有之一。

特別臟亂差，衞生間有大便沒人清理，有別人用過的紙在紙簍裏沒倒，床品也沒換，打開被子裏面有頭髮，枕套都是黑黃的，被套也是黑黃還有味，在雲南麗江住的二十幾塊錢的都比這個好，衞生間還沒有燈，洗手池還沒熱水，去的那天下雨了而且到的有點晚就將就了一宿，第二天趕緊跑了，唯一一點好的就是離車站近。
