This hotel is located in Yanling County, Xuchang City, about 20 kilometers away from the city. It is recommended to drive there by yourself. As soon as we arrived at the hotel parking lot, the staff proactively greeted us and arranged a shuttle bus to help us transport our luggage. When checking in, you will be accompanied by a dedicated person throughout the entire process and the service will be attentive. The hotel has a beautiful environment, full sense of design, vast green area, and fresh and pleasant air. Our room was 48 square meters in size, with some Japanese style, spacious and excellent sound insulation. After closing the door, the room is very quiet. Two new sets of home clothes are placed on the bed, and two new soft and comfortable bathrobes are hung on the hangers. The minibar in the room is fully equipped, including wine glasses, water glasses, coffee cups, coffee machines, tea bags, mineral water, Coke, Sprite and two bottles of imported drinks. The refrigerator is also very effective in cooling. We went to the hot springs in the evening. Since it was late and it was a working day, there were few people in the hot spring area and the experience was great. While soaking in the hot springs, the staff also provides hot drinks and fruit plates from time to time. The meticulous service makes people feel warm.

SShakeMI love the peaceful sense you get when you are here.🤩 The hotel is in a quiet area and a 20 minute car ride into Xuchang. The hotel is very clean! The staff are super friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. A child size set of toothbrush and slippers we're brought up for my nephew, without being asked for. I feel the hotel is considerate of guest of all ages. 😍 The lady in the fitness room went above and beyond to accommodate me by showing new around the pool area and getting the trainer for my question about a piece of gym equipment. The pool was temperatured well. The room was well cleaned. The bed was super comfy and had 2 pillow options. The shower felt amazing! There is a balcony on every room, I think. The landscape is beautiful to look at. I enjoyed the balcony view from my room then took a walk around the campus just for a closer look. Breakfast was good, as it was a basic and full Chinese buffet. The restaurant and room service are only open during certain hours and ordering Meituan/food delivery takes at least 45. Overall, i plan to stay again.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly manager with refreshing drinks to cool down in the scorching 40-degree weather. The staff, dressed in elegant han fu attire, efficiently checked us in. The room was impressively spacious, complete with comfortable chairs and a large bathroom featuring a bathtub equipped with disposable covers. The hotel's location next to Cai Wei Gu Chang made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIn general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!
