在海安新港附近的酒店式公寓酒店，小區裏面北方人很多。衞生乾淨床舒服，老闆熱情介紹的飯店都蠻好吃。小區離馬路比較遠所以一點不吵，面對着一個小海灣不是壯闊的海景。

房間很乾凈整潔，老闆很用心，也很實在，很多細節都意識到了，位置也不錯，是入島離島歇腳的不錯選擇。房間設施也很齊全，能夠滿足不同羣體的大多選擇，優於一些標準酒店的條件，我住過包括海南的很多民宿，是公寓民宿裏的佼佼者

入住當天上午，房東就主動聯繫你，我手機打不通，她就通過網上主動找到我，很用心。
房子很乾凈，配了小童挖沙工具和玩具。這樣的細節也算是很用心了。
房子在一個小區裏面除了停車之後要搬運行李走一段路不方便，其他挺好的。
房東用心的發了很多周邊餐飲給你。還是很不錯，小區很乾凈，也很安靜？
