"The hotel staff were courteous and attentive. They greeted us at the hotel entrance, guided us to the parking area, and helped us carry our luggage to our room. Thank you very much. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The hot spring had a sauna and all the necessary amenities. However, the only drawback was the lack of self-service laundry facilities."

"This was my first visit to Yahiko in 20 years, and I stayed at this inn. Although the building is old, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was carefully prepared and delicious. If I have the opportunity to visit Yahiko again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much."

"If you're visiting Niigata, I highly recommend staying at Yahiko Village. It could have been a somewhat bland trip, but this onsen ryokan made it a success. It's cheaper than other onsen ryokans, but the service and food exceeded my expectations. I've been to onsen ryokans many times, and the food, even the breakfast (pictured), was excellent. The parking service was also excellent. The Yahikosan Ropeway is right next door, accessible via Yahiko Shrine, which is a bonus."
