我們預訂的房間很寬敞，帶廚房，門口有一棵大樹，在下面吃早餐，很多鳥飛來助興，有趣的體驗～整個酒店更像個大莊園，足夠空間散步，散步時遇到了牧羊犬，野兔子，蜥蜴，鸚鵡等，生態環境無敵。

Beautiful property that would have been amazing in its prime. Currently the building is looking unkempt, with lots of spider webs on balconies. The rooms are nice and spacious, although not well cleaned. Carpets not vacummed, bins not empty (we found used tampons in bathroom bins and smelly food in kitchen bin). Food crumbs in couch and dirt in cutlery draw. I went to the reception straight away after seeing the room and was told she didnt actually work there and was just covering, but that she would contact the manager and call me with a response and get a cleaner. But that never happened and havent heard back from the property.
The bathroom towels were very cheap and poor quality, not a nice luxury. Bed was hard and sheets average. Definitely not worth a 4-5 star hotel price point, but definitely could be if owners invested in good cleaners and amenities.

The room was standard, but the bathtub where the shower is located was quite high and not easy to climb in and out of. The tub itself is deep, which is a nice feature, but it had stains that couldn’t be removed, which affected the overall cleanliness. I’ve stayed in their apartments before and had a fantastic experience, but unfortunately, this particular room didn’t meet the same standard.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Part of Caves House which has history and wonderful atmosphere. Tranquil environment, highly recommend the visit. Caves House offers meals and there is a small convenient store close by for essentials.

A very pleasant apartment , with a huge room and a lovely balcony. Not quite close enough to the beach to walk there , though the cove nearest was beautiful. No restaurant on site, but hotel and shop/cafe within a couple of minutes walk. We did have trouble when we arrived , as it was a Sunday and no receptionist there [ 3pm], but the nearby hotel located owner, who told us how to use the drop box [ a phone text should have been sent telling us this, but did not appear]

Large, comfortable, quiet apartment with kitchen, washer, dryer. Very well maintained and fully accessible. In a bush and garden setting next to the historic Caves House which has an excellent restaurant and pub. Close to the gorgeous Yallinup beach.

Nice unit with small outdoor balcony with chairs and table. Spacious and clean. Tidy kitchen area. I brought the outdoor chair inside for the evening as sofa very very soft and uncomfortable Bird life and pub music a bit loud at times but added to ambience. Really liked being on level 3. Would go again.
