The front desk staff's attitude is average and they take a long time to handle things. The cleaning staff has a bad attitude and speaks rudely. The charging plug cannot be plugged in and the floor is dirty. How can the toiletries be shared by everyone? The room rate is not cheap, so shouldn't they provide disposable toiletries?

Bad review. I spent so much money to stay in this hotel. They even charged extra for a bottle of water. The water was already opened. I had to call and confirm to change the bottle of water. It took a long time.

前台服務人員態度熱情周到 打掃衞生的服務人員態度極差 説話特別難聽 地上粘糊糊的也不知道啥東西 沒給打掃 環境整體説還可以 就是買東西特別不方便 這牙膏、香皂不知道住多少人用過的 這個做的一點不衞生

這個酒店出乎意料的好，房間大，乾濕，洗浴，馬桶都是分離的，酒店看上去很高級，但是價格可真便宜，還贈送早餐。

這酒店讓我無法理解。這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是#房間設施圖一，住了三天換了四次房間，房間空調不能説“有”衹能説和“沒有”一樣，空調全是自然風，根本沒有一絲涼爽，7月的夏季，從第一天開始就在找酒店空調不管用，第二天説安排人修結果一無是處，前台告訴我們空調製冷慢，中央空調告訴我製冷慢，我也無語，結果再次第三天調換房間，半夜2點多全家熱醒，找了前台處理，前台小姑娘告訴我也沒有辦法。無奈要了一個電風扇，勉強讓孩子睡覺。空調維修師傅也多次説確實存在問題。不理解一個酒店空調這麼差。聽個勸把那中央空調拆了吧，花點錢投點資換個掛機空都比這強太多了。這空調要着也沒啥用，好像那個房間裏可有可無的擺設一樣的。#早餐圖2，3，4，5是早餐，預訂時候顯示有早餐，結果入住第一個早晨去了餐廳，是這樣的早餐，7點30開始早餐，7點53分去的餐廳，幾個饅頭一鍋粥一盆鹹菜，沒有了，啥也沒有了，整了幾個餐廳的器皿全是空的，原來都是擺設呀，你們好會哦，難道就是為了餐廳好看。問了酒店回覆就是這樣的早餐給了一句：我們也是這樣吃的。我很無語，一個標着度假村的酒店早餐這樣，真心問一句酒店管理層是沒有考察過外面的其他酒店還是認為自己的早餐很優秀嗎，建議多出門走走。別説酒店正常老百姓早上也不至於吃個這樣的饅頭鹹菜和粥吧。入住這家酒店的網友建議自行腦補一下，是否需要入住，真實評論絕無虛假。
