Atour Hotels in Yangshuo

We enjoyed our 2 days stay at Atour Yangshuo. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Xijie (West Street), offering easy access to its vibrant attractions. At the same time, it is tucked away from the bustling noise, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. Its location is ideal for exploring many nearby places of interest. Will come back again. The hotel is in a great location, just a ten-minute walk from tourist attractions. There's also a cafe outside that offers beer and barbecue in the evenings. I don't know if it was because of the lack of staff during summer vacation or something else, but the lobby was always bustling. Check-in was also quite chaotic. There's only one elevator, and the check-in staff and staff were all in the same elevator when moving supplies, which was quite small. If there were any missing items, the staff were quick to address them. One complaint is that there are only three charging stations in the hotel's underground parking lot. We were lucky on our first night when a car owner had a full charge and left their phone number. We called to discuss whether they could move their car so we could charge it. The owner of the car was very nice and came down quickly. Thank you very much. We weren't so lucky the second night. Another car owner had already charged their car and was in the parking lot. We discussed whether they could move their car so we could charge (there were extra spaces available). But the owner refused, saying he absolutely refused. He didn't understand why he was out having fun. We should all be considerate and understanding. If he had already charged his car, why was he still using one of the three charging stations? (I hope the hotel can improve this issue in the future.) We later reported this to the front desk, who said they would handle it, but we hadn't received any response by the time we left. If you're traveling by electric car, be sure to charge your car beforehand.
