Very good hotel with amazing location. Friendly and helpful stuff. Delicious breakfast. Nice extra services like shuttle to the West street. E bike rental right at the hotel possible.

The hotel is clean and services they provide are thoughtful, considerate and staff are very friendly. The buffet breakfast is simple but excellent. Food are fresh and healthy.

This hotel is simply amazing. Firstly, it is located on the edge of the village and has open, farming fields between it and the river. The rooms look out onto the beautiful hotel gardens and out across the fields. We had a 4th floor room with floor to ceiling windows, and the view was just incredible. As for the hotel, it is immaculate, the room spotless and thoughtfully designed. We loved it. The rooftop is a great vantage point as well.
The staff were amazing - helping us get oriented, recommending places to go, and, best of all, arranged to have a birthday cake sent to the room for our daughter's birthday. They were instantly responsive via wechat any time we had a question or needed anything.

Lovely hotel experience! Beautiful view and the staff could not be more helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to make our trip smooth, from helping with transport to buying fruit. The bathroom was also incredibly spacious and had good sound proofing.
Our room also included afternoon tea and evening dessert every day. Also a photo taking session.

Our stay has been very pleasant. The staff are very attentive and helpful and their service is efficient.
Though it is not located in the city, they provide shuttle to West Street.
I enjoyed their complimentary high tea, night dessert and photo shoots.
A special compliments to Xiao Chen for his efforts in going the extra mile to serve his quests and Dai Dai for taking beautiful pictures and being patient during the photo shoots.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent service from Xiao Li and driver Xiao Xia. Hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the city. The daily breakfast, afternoon tea and supper are simple and delicious. Room is clean, comfortable bed, strong shower and beautiful views. Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Julong Resort hotel! The customer service is phenomenal and the rooms are beautiful.
We loved our warming wechat messages, the activities and the general kindess of all staff towards myself and my kids. We also had food poisoning whilst there and the care taken by the hotel was amazing. From taking us to hospital to then looking after us for the next couple of days. We cannot thank you enough!
Would highly recommend this hotel!
